Wonderful stay at a great oceanfront house!! We had 8 ladies gather here for a high school reunion and couldn’t have been more pleased with our accommodations. Plenty of room for everyone - both for living/eating and for sleeping. House was very clean and well stocked. Also very cute decor. Of course, the best part was the view and location. We loved sitting on the enormous deck and watching the waves and the moon rises. Also an easy walk down the private access to the beach. Would definitely stay here again no matter whether I was here with a small group or a large one. Awesome value for a beachfront stay. David is a wonderful host as well - kept in contact and updated prior to arrival and was incredibly prompt in responding to questions as they arose. Thanks for making our special weekend even more memorable.

Absolutely Beautiful location loved the beach views!! The condo was very clean loved the kitchen and all three full bathrooms. The pool was very nice and had clean bathrooms next to the pool. The upstairs was warmer than the first floor and got a bit uncomfortable the first night but we were able to lower the temp to make it more comfortable. The water pressure was good in the shower which always makes me happier. The mattress was comfortable also a big deal for me. The grounds were really nice the only draw back we saw were ants along the walk ways and pool area. We are from the north so not sure if it's a Florida thing or some plants or trees that bring the ants but it didn't cause a big problem. Overall had a wonderful stay and would definitely rent here again!!!

Probably the best rental we have had. Condo matches the pictures. The condo complex is probably from the 1970s, but is pristine! Pools were super clean and over all in amazing shape. Condo is VERY well renovated! We loved the view from the bedroom and the balcony. The whole Condo was SUPER clean. Loved the little touches too like the water bottles, chocolates on the night stand. Beds were very comfortable, nice linens, nice towels too. The condo is a quick 10 min to downtown St Augustine. Michael was super kind, very responsive, and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. Will definitely rent here again when in the area.

This little gem far exceeded our expectations!!! It is in a quiet, clean and super friendly neighborhood. The condo is super clean, and had plenty of room for a couple and a small dog. Located just a short drive to all attractions. We will definitely be back.

Had an amazing trip. Susan was always very responsive, accommodating and understanding. She has a beautiful home and the walk to the beach was easy for our family. We felt safe and comfortable. The home had everything we needed. Definitely want to stay again for our next trip.

We had an amazing stay at Beth's place in Saint Augustine! The space was perfect for our stay.... very comfortable, and the details and touches made us feel right at home. We truly loved our stay, and look forward to booking both upstairs and downstairs for our next family getaway!

Pristine, gorgeous and surprisingly quiet! The space was exactly like photos and the furniture was actually real furniture instead of the stereotypical Airbnb ikea style. No creaky bed, but actually one of the most cozy beds I slept in. Very resort feel and the porch was even bigger than photos. Plenty in the kitchen for cooking and honestly the host was fantastically responsive when we had questions. Cannot recommend them enough!

Adrienne's place was exactly as described and pictured. The one thing that isn't described is Adrienne, herself. Friendly and helpful with quick responses to us immediately but then, BEYOND that, we found her to be caring and compassionate when she bent over backwards to help us thru the crisis of Hurricane Milton! She made sure we were safe and secure, helped make reservations in more weather friendly spot, then stepped up even further to find us a safe spot when the evacuation was extended further inland, even to the extent of contacting other WONDERFUL friends of hers who stepped up and offered these strangers safe harbor. Honestly, Adrienne needs to step to the front of the line for BEST AIRBNB HOSTESS Award. Though we had intended for this to be our last FL visit after many years of coming south, we anticipate scheduling another visit to Adrienne's "home" (though not anywhere near any hurricane season!) so that we may enjoy her place to the fullest extent. Tell your friends!

Nice, well stocked home. Thanks for the coffee! Perfect for our group. One of the bathrooms does not have a shower but the outdoor shower made up for this. Easy walking to the old town. Loved the hot tub. I would recommend this place.

We wish we could give Colette more than 5 stars! She was an outstanding host and went above and beyond to create a special experience for our family (even providing a card and birthday cake for my mom!). She even gifted us with an adorable green turtle key chain for my mom, who absolutely loves turtles. We would highly recommend this place and look forward to staying again in the future! Thank you so much Colette for making this weekend an unforgettable one!

Josh was very attentive host quick to respond to any concerns and the house as set up for a successful visit, with great attention paid to the little things visitors may need or may have forgotten to pack. We would definitely stay here again.

My family of 15 people thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Steve reached out a few days before check-in and was flexible with our check-in and check-out dates because of Hurricane Helene. Fortunately our trip went smoothly and we had a great time! Our favorite amenity was the large griddle, which made cooking for our large group extremely easy.

Celebrated my 40th birthday with my best friends, and Jamie’s beachy oasis was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We loved it and its proximity to the beach and St. Augustine attractions. Can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful weekend in St Augustine and really liked the home. They’ve done a wonderful job renovating the entire home, the kitchen and master bath are beautiful. Everything was spotless and beds were comfortable. I was a little leery about the homes being so close together (beside and behind) including a large home under construction right behind the AirBnb but I wasn’t disturbed by the other properties at all. The street directly in front of the home has a little bit of thru traffic but we enjoyed seeing all the different modes of transportation go by - cars, the rentable golf carts, even a horse drawn carriage. The water across the street really adds to the relaxing feel of the home, and the hustle and bustle of St George St is an easy 15-20 min walk if you’re up for it. Surrounding neighborhood has the most gorgeous homes. Bill allowed us an early check in which was so very appreciated. Definitely recommend this home if you’re in the area.

Wonderful experience! The house and views were beautiful! Looks just like the photos. Balcony views and fire fit were immaculate! The house was very clean and we had a very easy check in and check out. The host was very quick to respond, friendly, and was flexible on our check in time. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful getaway! The place was comfortable, inviting, and offered beautiful views. The beach was not crowded at all and it was a lovely and quick walk across the wooden platforms to get there. Our hosts were very helpful and responsive. Kitchen was fully stocked, and neighbors were friendly. We would definitely recommend!

Terri’s place was awesome if you’re looking for a beach front condo! Super short walk with a private beach entrance. The pool is also very nice. Very nice community and very family friendly.

Meaghan’s place in St. Augustine was perfect for our family of 5! The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and had many amenities for our family. We found it very easy to feel right at home. The location is right on the beach, which made it easy for our family with young children. Thank you, Meaghan, for a great stay! We would definitely come back!

We had a great getaway at Sarah‘s place! The complex has two nice pools and a short walk or drive to the beach from the condo. There are a ton of great restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, and donut spots nearby, and a Publix within five minutes. The condo was clean and cozy, a perfect fit for my husband and I to relax for a few days and enjoy the beach. We also really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was for coffee and cooking supplies. Sarah was very communicative and we felt right at home. St Augustine is one of our favorite places to go and we would definitely stay here again!
