I stayed here for a total of 5 weeks and I wish I had booked more, the place was everything I wanted. Safe area, cozy room, comfy bed, well stocked, great amenities and Morgan was an amazing host. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

As always we enjoyed staying at Luke’s apartment in Palm Bay Jacksonville. Resort style pool and amenities. Unit is spacious and clean. Close to restaurants and stores. Will be back again. Like is quick to respond with any questions you may have prior n during your stay.

We had a last minute VRBO cancellation. Literally booked this place and was in settled within 2 hours of reserving with quick communication and even a little early check in. Very responsive with any questions.

Lovely home with an incredible set of amenities in the back yard. We brought our two pups and they were comfortable right away, and so were we.

Kim and Jeremy's place is the place to stay when you're in St Augustine! It was an absolutely wonderful couples getaway! We will definitely keep getting their meat at the top of our list next time we visit St Augustine! Kim, thank you for all your help! We absolutely love you place!

Magnolia Oakes is a cozy, happy home. The front porch is wonderful for watching the world go by. The homeowners paid special attention to the details; such as a welcome basket and descriptive reference book. The Lincolnville area was convenient and we enjoyed the architecture. The Nights of Lights made the whole experience magical ! Look forward to our next visit.

Enjoyed our time at this beautiful home! Lauren is welcoming and responsive, the home is clean /spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed. Our kids love there own play space. It was perfect home to celebrate milestone bday as we were within 5 mi radius to St Augustine landmarks!

The house was exceptional, and the hosts were exemplary.

Everything we great. We really enjoyed our stay at your house. There was plenty of room, the pool was nice, and the beaches in that area are wonderful. And we liked being able to walk to the Paladar Cuban Eatery for coffee and pastries.

Outstanding stay in Jacksonville. Close to IKEA, Top Golf, & iFly. The hosts are responsive, the neighborhood is safe and the house is well laid out. There is a lot of bed space, the pool is 7ft (which is cool for kids who swim), and the hot tub was clean. The skylights in the baths are a great touch too. Definitely have this saved in my favorites. The pricing was on point too.

The host was super letting us check in late since we had another Airbnb booked but it was unavailable. They communicated very well with us and we enjoyed our short stay very much. I believe the bed was the most comfortable I have had in a Airbnb. We will definitely look at this property again when we come to the area.
