In real estate it’s “location location location” and with this Airbnb it’s “the views the views the views” Worth every penny to sit on the upper or lower deck and see the most beautiful ocean, unobstructed! Our family had a great time at the Pink Seahorse home. Our dog was also living her best life with the fenced in yard and the giant dog bed already available for our use. Would stay again if we came back to Florida.

Really nice quiet place. Really close to the beach and A LOT of great restaurants/coffee shop/Doughnut spots within 5 minutes of the place. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed being so close to everything.

Lori’s beach bungalow was perfect for our family. We booked at the very last min due to hurricane evacuations and she welcomed us-she even let us check in a few hours early! Her place has the basics needed and some extras- pickleball rackets, wagon, coffee, board games, dog blankets, laundry soap.. I love how she has labeled everything as well. we felt right at home and it was a nice place of solitude away from the world. The beach is right down the road (you can walk) and there’s a really good pizza restaurant next to Publix! There’s a community center 3 min from the house that has courts and a playground. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come again! If I could recommend anything, it would be maybe some plastic dishes for kids (I was afraid my kids would break the glass cups) thankfully 😅 not. My husband and I enjoyed this spot so much. It was super clean and so well thought out. The provided coffee-tea and treats were such a nice touch too. The screened in porch was nice in the evenings and first thing in the morning too. I can’t think of much that would make this place better. St Augustine was wonderful. Even though it was rainy we did lots of exploring.

The Lazy Pirate was simply wonderful! From the decor, to the kids room stocked with plenty of toys and games, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The treasure chest with goodies and the candy machine was a big hit with the kids, and the private master suite was great for us. Mike and Natalie instantly responded with all communication and made sure we had everything we needed. We cannot come up with anything negative regarding our stay and hope to utilize Mike and Natalies other rentals.

So great we stayed another day and the fur babies loved it!

We had a great and comfortable stay at Victoria's place, the apartment was just what we needed for a few days in St Augustine. Close to main attractions and city center by car, private and relaxing throughout. We had bad weather ahead of the hurricane, but we were able to feel at home and enjoy ourselves, definitely recommended!

Awesome spot! Retro indeed! The hosts were kind and hospitable along the whole way. Would glady stay here again. The location is nice and calm and positioned not far from some great restaurants!

Ned and Glenna were amazing hosts! We had to go a day late bc of the hurricane and flights being disrupted but they were super understanding! They met us at the door and made us feel right at home. The dogs were a cherry on top because they were so sweet!! Definitely hope to return and highly recommend this place. It’s an easy walk to St. Augustine’s center, too.

Beautiful place! We loved being on the water and having access to their pool. Less than a 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach and only about a 10 minute drive to historic St. Augustine. Would definitely recommend.

As a fellow Airbnb host, I must say I highly recommend Stephanie's place! Of all the Airbnbs we have stayed at, her's is absolutely top notch!!! Pristine, beautiful, and generously stocked. It was a wonderful relaxing place to stay while we were in town for our daughter's soccer tournament.

What a perfect retreat! My wife and I were in town for The Sing Out Loud Festival on Sunday. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the park! Will definitely stay here again :)

A great place with a spacious living room and bathroom with a view overlooking the pool. Very quiet area, and we never heard sound from neighbors or anyone around the pool. If you want to visit St Augustine and manage to avoid the hustle and bustle that comes with being IN St Augustine, this is a nice place with a nearby Publix and still a reasonable drive to downtown.

We enjoyed our stay at Carla's beautiful riverfront condo. It was a peaceful location and a quiet community. We enjoyed the amenities, including the pool, pier, and "fun closet". It was the perfect condo for two couples. Carla was very responsive and answered any questions we had. The kitchen was well stocked with a Keurig, drip coffee pot, and NutraBullet. Also, for coffee drinkers, we'd highly recommend the local coffee shop, Kookaburra! The local taco spot, Mojo's Tacos, was close by the condo, and it had delicious fish, nachos, and burrito options. We'd recommend Carla's riverfront condo!

Love the place and the surrounding area!! Husband had to do all of the worth bringing our things up to the 3rd floor :). It’s nice being on the top floor. Never heard a peep out of the neighbors. Our trip was cut short though because of Hurricane Milton which was a true shame! We still appreciated as much as we could, being so close to the ocean was amazing. Definitely worth coming back again someday! We hear St Augustine is beautiful around the holidays.

I absolutely loved staying here. It's a beautiful condo right next to the pool and hot tub. The beach is only 10 min walk max. There's tons of fun things to do. The property itself feels extremely safe and is patrolled by security. Doug and Lori were always available to help or answer questions. I flew in during the hurricane and they were extremely accommodating to my needs. They are very thoughtful and kind people. I can't wait to come back and stay again whenever I'm in Florida. Thank you both for making my stay amazing!
