I cannot say enough about this wonderful place! This is the perfect location. This place is on the top floor and the view of the ocean from the balcony is amazing! The place had everything you would need from beach towels, chairs, kitchen essentials, etc. Also, Jill was amazing to work with! She was friendly and very responsive. We will definitely be booking this place again!

Nicki was so kind and helpful. She provided superb check in information, facilitated all communication with the gate guard about our late arrival, and landed us perfectly into her beautiful space. The bed was super comfy, the bathroom was spacious and well appointed, the living area was cozy. Such a perfect getaway. Thank you for hosting us.

Lisa has such a beautiful home and was extremely friendly. This has been one of my greatest Airbnb experiences and I am already planning my next trip to stay here again. I loved how it was right off of the beach and you can feel the ocean breeze and it was so relaxing. Everything was clean and comfortable and I have zero complaints!

Lovely space, beautifully decorated with all the amenities I could hope to have and then some. Walkable distance to downtown, but it can be a little rough with the Florida heat. Would happily stay here again!

This unit was so clean and offered the best view! Joe was helpful and proactive about gate access and the internet possibly being down. We didn’t need the internet, because we spent our days at the beach and pool soaking up the sun. There were even welcome snacks and plenty of supplies. I would recommend this rental to anyone planning a trip to St Augustine. Thank you for a great trip, Joe! We hope to visit again!

Our stay at Shayne’s was FANTASTIC!!!! The unit itself by far exceeds the posted pictures. Shayne was an excellent host…proactive in communicating, providing clear instructions, welcoming touches/amenities and flexible. The unit was the perfect location for our family - situated next to the pool with clear views of the ocean from both balconies paired with easy beach access!! We travel to Saint Augustine annually. This was our first year staying at Shayne’s and we will be looking to book again!!

If you want ON THE BEACH, this is IT! Literally steps from the ocean, with a gorgeous sky full of diving sea birds. Sunrise was beautiful, and in the evening we watched a huge, dramatic storm roll in from the patio. This ground-floor unit is so cleverly designed and organized that being inside was its own kind of fun. It's a cute, cozy getaway in an amazing location-- not your cookie-cutter St. Aug condo by a longshot.

This is our second time that we have stayed at Tim and Melody‘s awesome place. When you walk in you feel like you are at home. The place is immaculate and clean and smells fresh. The essential oils are awesome. The atmosphere immediately puts you in the beach mode. Just a few steps from your door. You’ll be at the sand with your toes, dipping in and watching the waves crashing. Ah this is vacation! Everything you need to enjoy a long weekend is at your fingertips. All you need to bring is your bathing suit! If you do not feel like cooking, you’re just a few steps again away from the Publix and they have an outdoor pizza eatery. Which on weekends has live music for entertainment. We love coming here and can’t wait til we go again! Melody is an awesome host! Thanks for sharing your home with us. 😊

We enjoyed our stay! It was close to our favorite restaurants (Oasis & O’Steen’s) and an easy walk to the beach. Tom’s instructions for check in were easy to follow and included everything we needed to know.

If you come to Saint Augustine this is the place to stay. Dani and her team were super helpful through the power outage difficulties surrounding the Tropical Storm that happened during our stay. They relocated us to another unit, gave us a credit for dinner, and then even helped us move back into our original rented unit when the power was restored. The location is complete perfection and the unit is comfortable and really felt like home. I selfishly want this place all to our own when we return to St. Augustine, lol, but feel that this rental for a visitor will really elevate the experience they will have while visiting St Augustine. Great Stay, will definitely return.

Vanessa was a delightful super host! The unit was beautiful, comfortable and squeaky clean. Every amenity was anticipated & well placed. We would definitely return in the future. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the close beach access, as well.

Skipper's Hideaway was very well appointed with everything we needed to feel right at home. Dalton was very responsive and helpful with our questions. The place was immaculate, we would recommend! The listing owner was great. Accommodated my last minute trip without hesitation. Helped me with my check in making it very easy and answered my every question very fast. The place is gorgeous, I wish I could post a picture of the amazing balcony view. Definitely recommend making this location your stay if you’re staying in St. Agustin.

Very peaceful and beautiful neighborhood and definitely a great place to stay. The most exciting part is that there is a hot tub right outside the door with access until 11 pm. Nothing could be better than having jacuzzi after playing around for a whole day. Another highlight on the fantastic host Nicole is that when we told her we couldn’t find the beach umbrella, she delivered a new one to the door in no time.

This rental was just what my boyfriend and I needed to relax and get away for a few days. The location is amazing (quiet and relaxing yet so close to many things to do like dining). The condo was awesome, very large, had all the necessities of home, huge jaccuzi tub and the kitchen was amazing. Id definitely recommend this rental to anyone who asked. We hit a pot hole on day 2 and caught a flat she was quick to add everything we needed to the guest list to accomodate food and towing. What a great host. She was amazing 👏
