Great location to walk everywhere! I mean everywhere! We walked all the way to the St. Augustine Distillery and St. Augustine Fish Camp! The location cannot be any better! We enjoyed walking to the Castillo through the neighborhood instead of walking out to the main road. Great accommodation, clean, cute and had everything we needed. Very private. We can't wait to come back!

Danny and Andrea were great. When hurricane Milton changed our travel plans, they were flexible and gracious with rescheduling our reservation even though they were under no obligation to do so. The location and accommodations were great, and the guest guide provided by Danny and Andrea gave helpful “local insider” advice and recommendations for attractions and dining in the area. We loved our time in St. Augustine, and would recommend Danny and Andrea as hosts to anyone looking to visit this charming city.

John and Kelley were fantastic hosts! Flexible and great communication. While everything was clean and comfortable, the bed sheets and comforter were amazing …. Pure luxury! Would definitely stay again. Hosts also provided things like bikes and beach chairs… so thoughtful!

5/5 Stars – Perfect Weekend Getaway! My girlfriend and I stayed at Geni and Chris' place for her birthday weekend in Saint Augustine, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. The home was absolutely spotless from top to bottom. The bedroom was spacious, neat, and clean with plenty of linens, while the kitchen was open, airy, and extremely clean as well. The location was perfect for us—we were able to walk across the bridge to the historic district in just 5-10 minutes, which made sightseeing so convenient. At the same time, it was lovely to be able to leave the hustle and bustle of the busy historic district behind at night and enjoy a peaceful walk back to the Airbnb. What really made our trip stand out was the outstanding hospitality from Geni and Chris. When we messaged them asking about a later checkout, they not only accommodated our request but went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable. What a great place!!! It was PERFECT for a quick girls trip. The space itself is super cute and comfy. Loved the outside shower too! The backyard was picture perfect. Easy 3 minute walk to the beach, and a quick 10 minute walk to lots of food and drinks. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be back!

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was just as pictured / described. The unit and the property were well maintained. The location is convenient to everything, whether you choose to walk or drive. I can’t speak to responsiveness because I never needed to reach out to Kirsten, but I suppose that actually speaks for itself. I would definitely stay again, and I’d definitely recommend.

In real estate it’s “location location location” and with this Airbnb it’s “the views the views the views” Worth every penny to sit on the upper or lower deck and see the most beautiful ocean, unobstructed! Our family had a great time at the Pink Seahorse home. Our dog was also living her best life with the fenced in yard and the giant dog bed already available for our use. Would stay again if we came back to Florida.

Great experience. Sandy was super responsive and very friendly. The kitchen was the best we’ve seen as far as having adequate supplies like pots and pans, baking dishes, etc. Bonus kitchen items like a crockpot, blender, and Instapot were also available. No need to load up your trunk with beach chairs, toys, and towels as plenty of all are provided. And the hot tub—definitely a 5/5! The beds were comfy and it’s great to stay in an airbnb where the furnishings are not all uncomfortable IKEA items. Sandy’s home is quality throughout!

We were extremely grateful to stay in this beautiful, safe, pet friendly home, which was appointed with everything we needed. It was quite literally shelter from the storm, as we evacuated there from Hurricane Milton. Our hosts were incredibly accomodating, responsive and understanding. St Augustine is one of our favorite cities and we'd love to stay here again sometime under less scary circumstances!

The Lazy Pirate was simply wonderful! From the decor, to the kids room stocked with plenty of toys and games, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The treasure chest with goodies and the candy machine was a big hit with the kids, and the private master suite was great for us. Mike and Natalie instantly responded with all communication and made sure we had everything we needed. We cannot come up with anything negative regarding our stay and hope to utilize Mike and Natalies other rentals.

Wow, I can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb! It was honestly the best one I've ever stayed at. We only spent one night there, but it was just perfect. It truly felt like a cozy home away from home!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Julie’s Airbnb, and it was an experience I won’t soon forget. From the moment I arrived, the house exuded a welcoming, homey vibe that made me feel instantly comfortable. The place was spotless, and I was particularly impressed by the bed, which was incredibly comfortable—I wish I knew the brand of the mattress because it was that good! The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for a stay, and the vintage style added a charming touch. The view from the property was absolutely breathtaking, and the pier was the longest I’ve ever encountered. It was a highlight of the stay and provided a perfect spot for relaxation. Julie, the host, was exceptional. She went above and beyond by accommodating a change in our booking dates, which was greatly appreciated. Her responsiveness and friendly nature made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across a host as fantastic as Julie. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectation.

Absolutely amazing!!! Tyler was a great host, worked with us on getting us in early and the house was amazing. Everything was clean, decorated perfectly and the beds were so comfortable. The dock was the best part, we watched sunrises and sunsets and it was beautiful. We booked for a week as we’re in Florida for work and was hoping to stay the last 2 weeks of the job but the drive was over a hour to the job site so we had to move closer to the job. We would have definitely extended our stay for the last 2 weeks. If I am ever this way again, I’m definitely booking again especially if I have down time.

Cassandra was very responsive to any questions we had and the home itself was unbelievable the pictures do not even compare to how beautiful the home is. We will definitely return

We enjoyed our stay at Carla's beautiful riverfront condo. It was a peaceful location and a quiet community. We enjoyed the amenities, including the pool, pier, and "fun closet". It was the perfect condo for two couples. Carla was very responsive and answered any questions we had. The kitchen was well stocked with a Keurig, drip coffee pot, and NutraBullet. Also, for coffee drinkers, we'd highly recommend the local coffee shop, Kookaburra! The local taco spot, Mojo's Tacos, was close by the condo, and it had delicious fish, nachos, and burrito options. We'd recommend Carla's riverfront condo!

Love the place and the surrounding area!! Husband had to do all of the worth bringing our things up to the 3rd floor :). It’s nice being on the top floor. Never heard a peep out of the neighbors. Our trip was cut short though because of Hurricane Milton which was a true shame! We still appreciated as much as we could, being so close to the ocean was amazing. Definitely worth coming back again someday! We hear St Augustine is beautiful around the holidays.

Matthew’s place is a gem! I’ve been visiting the St Augustine area for over 20 years. With a growing family, we needed additional accommodations. This place does NOT disappoint! Beautiful condo…clean, comfortable, updated decor, close easy walk to the beach and pool. Many amenities, including all things needed for the beach and pool! I had a little trouble with the Keurig (completely operator error), but Mathew was so quick to respond to my message and resolved the issue right away. Polite and timely replies to any inquiries during the reservation process. Would highly recommended a stay here! We would definitely love to stay here again during our next visit to the area! I absolutely loved staying here. It's a beautiful condo right next to the pool and hot tub. The beach is only 10 min walk max. There's tons of fun things to do. The property itself feels extremely safe and is patrolled by security. Doug and Lori were always available to help or answer questions. I flew in during the hurricane and they were extremely accommodating to my needs. They are very thoughtful and kind people. I can't wait to come back and stay again whenever I'm in Florida. Thank you both for making my stay amazing!
