We were extremely grateful to stay in this beautiful, safe, pet friendly home, which was appointed with everything we needed. It was quite literally shelter from the storm, as we evacuated there from Hurricane Milton. Our hosts were incredibly accomodating, responsive and understanding. St Augustine is one of our favorite cities and we'd love to stay here again sometime under less scary circumstances!

Great place and wonderful location to enjoy a short walk to the beach. Not a great deal of grass for my doodle to play on but would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location: 2 minute walk to the beach. The home was larger than we expected it to be and fit our family of 6 perfectly. there were a lot of unexpected amenities included that were really helpful, plenty of towels, and the kitchen was fully stocked. The kids enjoyed playing ping pong and the extra shower was great to have. We had everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation.

This was our home away from home for a week and our only regret is that we didn’t book this amazing place for a month! We really enjoyed stargazing from the pool and checking out beautiful sunrises and sunsets each day. There are several great restaurants within walking distance or a short drive and anything you need to spend the day by the pool or at the beach is provided. The owners truly went above and beyond to answer any questions and make sure we were comfortable. Very grateful we had the opportunity to stay here and can’t wait to visit again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this lovely home on the beach. The views were fantastic, the home was comfortable, clean and well stocked. It had all the comforts of home and a wide variety of beach accessories to enjoy the sand and surf. Hamish was the best host we have ever worked with. He was an excellent communicator, quick to respond, and just an overall lovely person to work with. We look forward to returning and plans to recommend it to our many friends who visit beautiful St Augustine regularly.

You know it’s a great stay when you pout as you walk out! Theresa’s place is amazing! The only ways that it differs from the listing are beautiful details that pictures wouldn’t do justice. The location of this property is a dream if you plan on enjoying the beach. The layout of this home is perfect for family travel, with the primary bedroom being on its own side of the house. No detail that makes travel better has been spared. I travel with my own spices and was delighted to see that there was Great selection curated by someone who definitely knows how to cook already in the pantry. The backyard is lush and beautiful, and even after a storm the mosquitos were minimal. I can’t wait to return to this high end property!

Spacious, lovely home. Very nicely styled. My husband and I came here for our 35th anniversary and the place felt absolutely palatial for just two of us. We'd spend late afternoons and early evening in the pool, where we could watch so many different kinds of birds (including tanagers and bluebirds!) fly here and there in the trees above. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. My husband ran different four mile routes in the early mornings. The park along the river shore is just down the street....the park was way more than I hoped...it has beautiful green views and water birds. The neighborhood is quiet, but it's just off Route One so we had easy access to the grocery store, gas stations and several very fine restaurants. It's an easy drive into the historic district of St. Augustine and Anastasia Island. Loved this visit!

Great location to walk everywhere! I mean everywhere! We walked all the way to the St. Augustine Distillery and St. Augustine Fish Camp! The location cannot be any better! We enjoyed walking to the Castillo through the neighborhood instead of walking out to the main road. Great accommodation, clean, cute and had everything we needed. Very private. We can't wait to come back!

Brianna has gone above and beyond with communication and last minute bookings for me. The space is clean, calm and cozy. I will always book with her when I travel!

Chelse's place is adorable, fully functional, and private! Our pup enjoyed her stay immencly. I highly recommend staying here. It is in a nice neighborhood with easy access into the city.
