We came here with a small group to celebrate my birthday and had a great time. We appreciated the thoughtful snacks and enjoyed the great pool and lovely view of the sunset from the balcony. Lucas was responsive to any issues or concerns that came up. Would recommend!

The images on the app are very accurate to the presence of being there. David even turned on the spa remotely for free on two separate occasions. If you want to relax in the water and gaze at your surroundings or take the spectacular drive to the apache trail nearby this is a great property. Definitely more of the AZ experience than when I've stayed in Tempe or Scottsdale.

Scott’s place was great! The perfect spot for my two friends and I to relax and catch up. We spent so much time lounging by and in the pool- it was clean and beautiful. Can’t recommend it enough.

Beautiful, clean space. I booked for a conference held at Fairmount Scottsdale Princess to which I was bringing an employee with me. This space allowed us each to have a spacious room with our own bathrooms and space yo debrief. Pools are well maintained and the grounds are lovely. Walking distance to Fairmount.

My Golf buddies and I stayed here for an extended weekend. The place easily fit our group of 8. Everything was clean and as described.

This was the best vacation rental we have ever stayed at! So clean, peaceful and the house truly has it all! The backyard amenities are perfect and the temperature controlled pool was such a nice touch. We come to Arizona a couple times a year to see my husband’s parents and this will definitely be our spot from now on. It was a great place to have them visit for dinner or come by for a swim, a game of corn hole, or to hit some golfballs. It’s in a very safe and quiet neighborhood surrounded by the most beautiful views. All the beds and furniture are very comfortable and excellent quality. It was also the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. Saying this place has everything is an understatement. The host is awesome and very responsive. If you’re thinking of booking this place, DO IT! You will not be disappointed.

The host was very accommodating with our request. We stayed here for almost 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. It was a work trip for us, so we were not there a lot of the time. On the weekend, when we did not work, it was so relaxing. The pool and outdoors area was a perfect place for us to unwind. The beds for all of us were so comfortable! We all slept great. Even the pillows were comfortable. The entire house was very clean and well equipped for cooking dinner and watching TV. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

If there was ever a question about the house/area, he was just a simple text away. He took care of us like family and went above and beyond to give us the best experience possible. Promptly responsive, very kind, and made us a priority the whole trip. I honestly can’t say enough about Irvin. Last but not least, this place was very affordable for all that you get. It has a multitude of amenities. I honestly felt like we got the very best deal when I compared this house with others that were similar. Very happy with our choice! Our recent stay was beyond our expectations. This Mediterranean-style villa is a haven of opulence & tranquility & has a big WOW factor. It’s close to top-notch shopping & dining. The villa's spacious layout is comfortable & elegant. Each bedroom has tasteful decor & spacious bathrooms. We enjoyed the Paris 2024 Olympics on the living room’s 70” TV. The large great room was fantastic for entertaining —traffic flow from the great room to the kitchen to the patio was easy, even with a crowd. The gourmet kitchen had everything we needed, & the bar area was perfect for our buffet. The inground pool was wonderful for cooling off from the hot Phoenix temps, & the outdoor seating areas were great for after-pool conversations. The owner was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to host the event at the villa for a beautiful & memorable occasion. In short, this villa offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, & convenience. We highly recommend this Airbnb. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The location is perfect, with easy access to stunning walking trails that made my mornings peaceful. The house itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a wonderful bonus, offering a relaxing spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Highly recommend this AirBnB. Plenty of space for 10 of us to sleep. Very clean home. Very spacious and contained all of the basic needs (kitchen items, towels, etc). Host was very friendly and responsive. Overall fabulous place to stay!

Stunning isn’t enough to describe this place! The whole house is beautiful but not precious, you feel at home and very comfortable. The outdoor place was private and so peaceful. Our flights were all over the place, and Christina was so accommodating and responsive with our check-in. We’d absolutely stay again. The location is very close Uber drive to Old Town Scottsdale, around 5-10 mins.

Beautiful Spanish charm home with awesome, expansive backyard. Streamlined check-in and check-out with no issues. Clear directions for getting things setup. Everything as advertised and functioning properly. The living area is larger than anticipated, and very nice. Cable TV throughout the home, and enjoyed it on the TV outside by the fire pit. Great kitchen appliances and comfortable furnishings. John was very easy to work with and I’d be happy to rent from him again in the future. Bring your own shampoo, body wash, etc.

Beautiful place for me and the family. Pool was warm and pool table got alot of usage. Beds are extremely comfortable. Lots to entertain yourself with at this property inside and out. Would definitely stay again.

House was perfect for a large group of friends to get together. We loved how well stocked and large the kitchen was, made group dinners a breeze. Appreciated that there were plentiful pillows and bedroom linens. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. By far the best part of the house was the amazing back yard. The pool is fantastic and the outside seating was great, loved the fans and ample bistro lighting. The chipping green and pickleball court were great as were the board/lawn games. Plenty for us to do, we were never bored or even felt like leaving the house. Communication was quick and responsive. 10/10 would visit again
