We always try to stay here when we’re visiting Gilbert because it has everything we need. Super clean, detailed instructions, helpful/responsive hosts, access to a pool and garage. They thought of everything in this house. Can’t recommend enough!

Great stay! Definitely a beautiful property! The amenities are divine, from the entrance to the swings on the porch. Very thoughtful space! The ladder is super interesting detail. If I didn’t want to walk up it I just walked off the back porch and up the steps. Easy fix, lol. Definitely a peaceful stay. The treehouse is located on the owners backyard but it still felt private. The shower area has glass windows but the trees block the neighbors backyard for the most part! I didn’t feel like anyone would be peering in. It’s a quiet area as well! Would stay again! Thanks for everything!

This house is amazing and Emilee was such a gracious host. The pool and outdoor space was perfect. Our little 2 year old niece loved the side yard with toys and the pool comes stocked with pool toys and floaties too! It's easily accessible and right next to a ton of stores and restaurants! We could not have asked for a better place for our family get together.

This house was perfect for us. We had a family reunion, some family stayed at Lost Dutchman and some in Mesa, it made it easy to get to where we needed to go. The grocery store was a couple of miles from the house and it was easy to get to the highways. The house was clean and beautiful. We enjoyed coffee every morning in the backyard. Julie was great host. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Steve is an incredible host, his home is in immaculate shape and he is highly responsive to any contact we make. We have stayed with Steve twice, and both times we felt like we were in great hands. Thank you for everything, Steve!

I stayed at Marlene’s place for 16 weeks. It was great! I really can’t think of one problem I had during my stay. Marlene was so great about checking in often to see if I needed anything, she provided cleaning as needed and even dropped some treats from time to time. The house was perfect. It is located a very quiet/mellow neighborhood. The house was super cozy, had a great layout, comfortable beds, good water pressure for the showers. There were good TVs is both bedrooms with access to streaming services. Marlene provided all the kitchen appliances I needed since I cooked most of my meals at the house. I never used the back yard since I was there in the middle of summer, but I would have if the temp ever dipped under 110°. I would definitely stay here again!

Artur’s place was perfect for our stay in Phoenix. It was extremely clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed. After some hot days of seeing the sites around the city, it was nice to come back to rest and relax in this comfortable space. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting in the Phoenix area.

Phyllis was a great host. She greeted us when we got there and showed us around the place. There was fresh fruit and snacks available. The place was clean and good for our night away. We will be back in the future!

Nice, clean apartment downtown surrounded by good bars and coffee shops. I had a conference at the convention center and it was extremely convenient for walking to and from the apartment everyday.

Adam is very responsive when we book his Airbnb. He is very flexible and give us lots suggestion on to make our stay comfortable like home. He even help us do the sheets and towel exchange during our middle of the stay. That's call the service!

Gary and Diana were wonderful hosts. The property is very quiet, clean, safe and comfortable. The pool is clean, and relaxing. There is plenty to do on the property between bbq, swim, enjoy their game room, cook, or just relax. I didn’t explore the area because I was moving my kids into GCU, which was just a few miles or so from campus. Super easy drive. We definitely hope to be a future guest here again. Perfect for my family.

The Barbie Dream House is literally a girly’s dream. Everything is so well thought out! The amenities and extra goodies in the bathroom are so thoughtful and a nice added touch! I only got to stay briefly for a work trip but I would have loved to stay long term!!

Great stay- exactly what the pictures showed, walkable to so many restaurants & activities! Right downtown, but on an easily accessible side street for Lyft/uber & friends. Derek is responsive within minutes- overall a simple & sleek stay!

Gabriel's place was exactly what I needed. It is modern and has a neat little sleeping nook for one of the beds. Everything was squeaky clean and the hosts were kind and responsive. Would recommend. 10/10. =)

We felt right at home. Place was cozy, clean and easy to settle into. Our two kiddos loved the pool. The community is quiet and close to cute Old Town, which was fun to walk to and enjoy. Had a great time!

We were very happy with the accommodations. The space is warm, EXTREMELY clean and well appointed (anything one would need to cook with.) The apartment is spacious for a one bedroom. The walk-in closet is small, but adequate for the space. The bathroom does not have a counter just a pedestal sink, but there is a large cabinet for one to keep their bathroom essential in. The furniture is sturdy and attractive. The apartment complex is small and peaceful with no road noise. The neighbors were very nice. The view from the front window is great, looks directly out on the pool from the second floor. There isn't a patio per se, but Toby has placed a cafe style table and chairs outside the front door, so that is a nice touch for the apartment. Parking is very convenient. The spot is super close to the entrance gate and the stairs are very close to the parking. We enjoyed the dedicated parking space and always found street parking available for our second car. Would definitely stay again.

My stay was wonderful! Marcus’s place is very nice, cozy and peaceful! It was such a perfect place for the mini vaca! I appreciate that the kitchen has everything i needed to make some food and the fact that there’s a washer and dryer are such a plus! I will most definitely be glad to stay at his place!

awesome place Ryan was very helpful and everything that he did the man help me out by getting me in there early because I had an emergency at my house and he just bend over backwards to help me really good guy and a nice place to stay really is
