Stayed here for a 2nd time, great location and great amenities! Highly recommend if you’re visiting the Scottsdale area

The condo is old, but it was just as described. They did a nice remodeling job. The air condition worked great ( it was loud, but I was told they all do) There were plenty of linens, pool towels, soup, etc. The coffee machine was great! The location was good for us. It’s a short drive to old town Scottsdale. The neighborhood is OK. People do not keep the area of the trash bins clean, but the maintenance people were cleaning around every day. We enjoyed the pool (very basic, but clean). Rosy is great. She responds quickly and was very kind and allowed us to check out later, since we had an afternoon flight. Not a big deal, but personally, I don’t like it when I’m being asked to take out the trash and the sheets before check out when I’m on vacation. Overall, it was a nice place.

The unit was clean and well stocked with everything a traveler could need including soaps/shampoos, sunscreen, laundry detergent/dryer sheets and even disposable razors and toothbrushes like a hotel. The location was great for us and Callista was very responsive and helpful.

Sarah is the perfect host! She is very responsive and patient. I would book her place every time I travel to the Biltmore area in Phoenix. The place is spacious, clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Everything was on point.

Very responsive host! The air conditioning unit is making me loud noise, repair person. Was there the next day and fixed it.

This was a great place to stay! The location was perfect and was close to the highways so we could get anywhere very quickly. The rooms are spacious and the beds are so comfortable! The atmosphere of the decor is very welcoming and the patio was the perfect place to greet the morning sun with a cup of coffee. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and we would highly recommend this place to anyone needing a home away from home. Thanks Rickie for being a great host!

We travel to Arizona at least once per year to visit family. Kevin and Kitty’s condo has become the only place we stay. It feels like coming home each and every time we visit.

Paula’s place is exactly why we always choose to go with an Airbnb rather than a hotel / resort. Paula’s place was clean, newly renovated and extremely close to everything you need. During my stay temps remained at 105F all week and Paula’s A/C was able to keep up. Would highly recommended her place if traveling with a family or another couple. Would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the best Airbnb's we've ever stayed in. Vanessa thought of everything! There were snacks and drinks left for us to enjoy, beach towels for the pool, and lots of bathroom items in case we forgot something. Vanessa was so great about getting us in a little early due to our early arrival flight. The beds were incredibly comfortable. My husband and I both slept better than we have since before our kids were born and our oldest is 20! We came to town for the Barrett Jackson car auction and were able to walk to and from WestWorld each day. There are many grocery store and restaurants that are also within walking distance...including Yogurtology frozen yogurt which we had each day. The pools were beautiful and it was easy to get a lounge chair each day. Thank you for an amazing stay Vanessa! We will be back!

Had a great experience staying at Son’s place. There were three of us, so the two bed / two bath condo was perfect. We all had plenty of space. Beds and sofas were comfortable, bathrooms were clean. Plenty of dishes and spices provided for cooking in the full sized kitchen. Washer & dryer were great to have as well since we had a bit of a longer stay (6 nights)… Son provided us access to the community pool & gym which was very nice. Great location in North Scottsdale, nearby to lots of restaurants, walking distance to a shopping complex. Will definitely look to return when we’re back in the area!

We had a great stay! The home was super nice, beds, comfortable and lots of fun things in the yard and game room. Frank and Jeanna went out of their way to make things very comfortable and well thought out for their guests. There were spices, coffee, lots of laundry products, as well as nice bathroom products. they thought of everything a guest would need. We will be back!

There are no words to describe the thought and care that have gone into decorating and equipping this home. it speaks volumes of the family atmosphere and type of environment Shay and Steven want to share with others through there rental. For the last 6-7 years we have rented quite a few homes. This is a home we could move right into and feel like we had lived there for years. Every detail has been attended to. Each space carefully planned and appointed with absolutely anything you would need or have an inclination to desire right at your finger tips. When we had questions, there was an answer within minutes. No question was left unanswered. The pictures of the home and grounds do not do it justice. It is so much better in person. The beds are extremely comfortable with lots of pillows adding to their luxury. The bathrooms and kitchen are crisp and clean. The pool & yard immaculate with great furniture. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

The house looks just like the pictures. The house was clean and cool, which was greatly appreciated, when we arrived. They have plenty of things to do if spending time in the house. Quiet neighborhood.

Ramon was a fantastic host, he was very responsive and helpful. The house was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had board games, card games, an arcade, and pool table. I was there with two younger kids and 5 adults and nobody was ever bored or anxious to leave. I will absolutely stay here again when available, the amenities is the house, Ramon, and the area was nice and quick to everywhere we wanted to go.

We could not have asked for a better experience with Paul’s place. We had some scheduling changes and he went above and beyond to help accommodate our changes. We really enjoyed our stay and Paul’s willingness to help us out.

Great location within a nice walkable neighborhood and a conveniently located shopping center is also right down the road. House was just as described both inside and out, loved the large backyard for entertainment. Ryan was a great host, would definitely recommend!

Every nook of this house was spectacular- breathtaking views and carefully thought through amenities. Can’t wait to return. Despite only a few minutes from town, it has the seclusion of your very own cactus desert- it is an at least a once in a lifetime must.
