Very affordable and a great space for us and our adult children with their significant others. We had great space to hang out together and the bedrooms were comfortable to get away to. We didn’t really cook a big meal but the kitchen was stocked enough to make breakfast and serve carry out easily. Location was close to everything in Scottsdale and close to 101 to get out of the city easily.

Wonderful place to stay right in Old Town! Very spacious with a comfortable bed. Definitely intend on staying here next time I am in Scottsdale.

Everything about our stay was amazing from booking to checkout. The house was beautiful and had everything we'd ever need for a week of rest and relaxation! The home was clean, and even bigger in person than in the photos. The backyard/pool area was stunning and the perfect place for our group! Walter was a wonderful host. We hope to be back again soon!

This might be my favorite Airbnb stay I’ve ever had. Ryan was fantastic with communication! We had a full house of 8, and we all felt like we still had a ton of privacy when needed. The pool table was awesome to have in the main house, and the casita was gorgeous. Everything about the property was spectacular and exceeded my expectations. The entire house was equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the linens as well. I would book this place again in a heartbeat! I highly recommend this house for anyone! Ryan was also great with letting us check in early, which helped out my family a lot. Five stars!!!

This home was absolutely perfect for our stay in Phoenix! We were just in town for a couple days but the pool was exactly what we needed and they had ample pool toys / floaties! The adjacent “pool house” structure was also a great place to hang out to escape the sun but still enjoy the pool area with tunes on the tv. We didn’t have a chance to enjoy all of the backyard amenities but the fire pit looked like a perfect place to spend a relaxing evening. The inside of the house was also fantastic! The two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms were perfect for our group and the hallway bathroom was large enough for the additional 2 rooms to share without any difficulty. They also had a book of local recommendations that helped us narrow down our restaurant choices. The house is beautifully decorated with lots of games and entertainment for everyone to enjoy together! We travel to Phoenix often and we would love to stay here again!

Nate and Steven were great hosts. They communicated well and provided clear instructions concerning everything we needed for our stay. The location of their home was perfect for our visit.

We were very happy with the accommodations. The space is warm, EXTREMELY clean and well appointed (anything one would need to cook with.) The apartment is spacious for a one bedroom. The walk-in closet is small, but adequate for the space. The bathroom does not have a counter just a pedestal sink, but there is a large cabinet for one to keep their bathroom essential in. The furniture is sturdy and attractive. The apartment complex is small and peaceful with no road noise. The neighbors were very nice. The view from the front window is great, looks directly out on the pool from the second floor. There isn't a patio per se, but Toby has placed a cafe style table and chairs outside the front door, so that is a nice touch for the apartment. Parking is very convenient. The spot is super close to the entrance gate and the stairs are very close to the parking. We enjoyed the dedicated parking space and always found street parking available for our second car. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home, inside was spotless. Easy to follow instructions on the amenities inside and outside the home. Plenty of room for a family inside and outside to chat. Will stay again on my next visit to Phoenix

Stayed for a Bachelorette with 11 girls! It was a perfect place, very spacious and clean! Stephany was incredibly sweet and very responsive! She also offered some additional services to help with the Bachelorette decor which was a plus flying in from out of town! It was in great proximity to all the activities we had planned in Old Town, to the river, etc! It was great and would absolutely stay again! We did have an issue with a leaky fridge but she was notified and responsive! 10/10 would recommend!
