Es una excelente opción para descansar y despejarte sin salir de la ciudad Mi familia, mascotas y yo la pasamos muy bien

This house worked out perfectly for our group of 11. It had a great layout for multiple families and we spent lots of time gathered around the pool. Our favorite part of the house was the location and proximity to town. We easily walked to restaurants, bars, spas, shopping and multiple beaches. I would for sure stay here again.

Really great vacation, loved having the private chefs and housekeeper. We all could truly relax and enjoy ourselves. The private pool and beach access was amazing, especially for our group that had 3 little toddlers in tow.

This well located 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a pool is a find in Melaque.

Our family had such a memorable time in San Pancho. The home was beautiful and perfect for our family with 3 kids under 12. There is great food in the town, the beach is lovely and you can find a spot all by yourself away from the crowd. It’s just far enough from the bustle of “downtown” but walkable to the beach even in the heat. Bedrooms were comfortable and the patio was great for hanging out. It can get a bit warm in the downstairs, but we spent most of our time in the pool and it was during the very hot summer season. Homero was a terrific host and kept in touch like an old friend, giving us tips and advice or just checking in. We would definitely recommend this spot to our friends or visit again one day.

My partner, her children, sister, and I all stayed in this beautiful home and each day we couldn’t stop commenting on how beautiful the views were, how peaceful it felt, and how restful this home was. The town of Sayulita is about a 10 to 15 minute walk away, down a moderate hill, and is full of wonderful places to eat, shop, and explore. There are three beaches close by… one absolutely stunning spot that is nearest (maybe a 5 to 7 minutes walk), another that has less intense waves perfect for swimming, and then a larger more active beach right in town. One night, we were able to have a home cooked meal prepared by Brenda, the housekeeper (for a very reasonable cost), and the food was absolutely wonderful! This was our first stay in Sayulita, and we are all so excited to return again soon and we want to stay here again! Staying here was such a luxurious and exceptional experience!

Excelente lugar para descansar en el bosque, la experiencia de estar inmerso en la naturaleza a pocos minutos del centro de la localidad es inigualable, un alojamiento rústico con todo lo necesario y mucha comodidad. La Arquitectura magnífica muy diferente a lo que comúnmente encontrarás en la zona.

We had great time at Jamie's place. It was low season so we had the common areas (Pool) all for ourselves, so it was great. I liked the location because was far from the center and the noisy areas of Sayulita. It's also closer to some of the more remote beaches that were very beautiful.

Graet place!!!!!!!! maybe 300 meters to the Ajijic square with tons of Restruants ,ice cream, bakeries Its all about being in the heart of it for us we look for airbnbs ,,extremely close to the plaza/ square you pay a little more but everything is right there!!! and we had a car. We stayed twice once on the front side of our trip as we drove nine states in the area and then on the back side of the trip as well. This area Ajijic, Tequila, Aguascallintes, Zacatacas, San Miguel, Guanajuato ( looks like Cinque Terre in Italy) Morelia of Mexico were as pretty as our 26 day adventure driving thru Italy last year Enjoy your stay here it was very pleasurable!!!

Great area michael made it smooth and easy met with lupita on arrival and she walked me through all I should know for my short stay would definitely come back and get a stay here when back in the area!

Great apartment in Sayulita with great views and a refreshing pool to enjoy. This apartment is nestled on the north side of Sayulita so it’s very quiet but also only a 5-7 min walk to all the great places Sayulita has to offer.

Maria fue muy amable en todo momento, la locación es fantástica, sin embargo teníamos maletas en dos carros y nos nos permitieron bajar al estacionamiento para descargar la maletas, se comentó que no era ingresar al edificio solo al estacionamiento.

This was our second stay at this condo. Great location, right on the beach. Love the local restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. Angelica is a wonderful host. Definitely our go to spot when visiting PV.

This is a must stay in Puerto Vallarta! Mike’s place has insanely gorgeous sunset views and is ocean front. It was super clean, spacious, and we were able to walk everywhere! Mike and Moises (his property manager) were so helpful and communicative.

Great place to stay in PVR! We had a lovely time. The pool is easily accessible and the beach is right there. We had a bit of an issue with security checking in, but Ramon was super responsive and straightened it out. There is construction happening on the building next door but we hardly noticed it. The apartment is very walkable go shops and restaurants!

excelente departamento una super ubicación para moverte a las diferentes playas de Vallarta.. el club de playa está muy padre para los niños la comida está de lujo. El departamento es muy comido super limpio.. regresaré

The best thing about this place is location, location, location. It is safe and close to the center square with lots of restaurants nearby and a short walk to the lake. The host family that lives in the apartment above were nice, their cat is super friendly, they let me do a load of laundry, and they even let me check out late! It’s a great studio apartment if you are in Ajijic for a short, solo visit, and you are out visiting the town a lot. It has a small bed and one side chair to sit on. Working remotely was a bit tough. The WIFI was slow, is shared between multiple units, and went out a couple times. Works for WEB browsing and email, but was not great for video conferencing. The lighting is harsh with lots of glare as it is a single LED bulb in the ceiling fan in the center of the room, on a pull-string. There were no desk lamps. The dedicated work area is an old writing desk. At times the place was a bit too noisy to work in without wearing my noise cancelling headphones.

Excellent location close to restaurants and a ten minute walk to the beach. What surprised us was how quiet it was in the apartment considering we’re in the middle of Zona Romántica The apartment itself was as detailed in the description and was very adequate for the two of us. Nice pool and a great sitting area with a great view of the surrounding area. Well worth the visit!
