El lugar es tal cual las fotos, muy limpio, el roof top con Alberca u Jacuzzi es un plus. En la zona se puede caminar al malecón y la zona romántica, varias opciones para comer cerca, fácil acceso mediante Uber a las playas cercanas. Definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí en nuestra siguiente visita a Vallarta.

Efrén, más allá de ser el anfitrión, es una excelente persona. Sientes su atención y amabilidad desde el momento que se pone en contacto contigo para resolver cualquier tema relacionado con la casa. Te da sugerencias y recomendaciones de los puntos de interés cercanos al inmueble. Además de que la casa es una chulada por donde la mires. Sin duda, será nuevamente mi primer y única opción en mi próximo viaje a Guadalajara.

We had an incredible stay at Casa Mateo! Michael is a fantastic host who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. From the moment he picked us up from the airport, we felt welcome and at ease. The house itself is stunning, with breathtaking views of the sunset from every room and the beautiful pool area. It's truly a special place. However, a word of caution to future guests: don't underestimate the hill leading up to the house! It's quite steep, and not all taxis are willing or able to drive up. My in-laws(in their early 70s) were able to walk up the side stairs. However, due to heat and humidity, we found it better to call a taxi for transportation. We learned that only a handful of taxi drivers are familiar with the route. Fortunately, the neighbor has a reliable taxi connection that can assist. Despite the hill, we wouldn't hesitate to return to Casa Mateo. Michael's hospitality, the house's stunning views, and the tranquil atmosphere make it well worth the climb

This place is definitely a perfect spot to spend your time away from reality… It has a perfect view of the beach. Not too close and not too far. Felt very secure. The rooftop pool has amazing views as well. Definitely returning in the future. Thank you.

Honestly one of the best Airbnb stays that I have rented out! The place was spotless when we arrived, super easy to get into and the pool on the roof was amazing! You had restaurants 2 mins away and a super market 2mins away for all your groceries! Amazing stay 10000/10!!!

We loved Marianne’s stay!! We unfortunately didn’t see any wild animals but it was great waking up and seeing the ocean and being surrounded by lush greenery. Marianne was very responsive and helped us out with the private chef and masseuse! It was a great place to host a bachelorette. I didn’t find the location too walkable but it was easy to Uber in and out of town

Great location, best of all one block from beach. taxis are always down the block . Great restaurants all over. Location is close to tours we did . Walking distance to everything about 5-10 mins . Inside was beautiful and clean. washer and dry works amazing. After a hot day walking outside . Ac inside was a life saver haha

I will echo much of what has already been said about Albert's amazing condo -- beachfront location, hotel-style building amenities, delicious on-site restaurant and bar! The staff at the Sayan Beach building are incredibly friendly and helpful, and made sure our stay there was easy. The rooftop pool deck was closed during our stay but even so the ground-level infinity pool was equally wonderful with its direct overlook over the beach. Albert's condo is clean and well appointed and has all that you need for a great trip in PV. While it is possible to walk to Zona Romantica, it's about 20 minutes on a major road without sidewalks, so generally we used Uber, which was easy to get and very inexpensive.

The views from any spot in this home are absolutely breathtaking! We had three couples in our group and we all slept very cool and comfortably. The sheets and towels were clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was small but we did 0 cooking because the food scene in Sayulita was the best I’ve seen. Highly recommend trying the small outdoor eatery at the bottom of the hill. I will say DO NOT have the doors/windows open at night with the lights on because the bugs are insanely creepy. They are attracted to the light and this house is in the Mexican Jungle, so trust our advice. Great stay for a large group. The salt water pool is super fun and the roof top is perfect for sunset viewing. Highly recommend this spot.

La atención del Sr José fue excelente, se nota que le gusta dar la atención a sus huespedes. La casa es preciosa, espaciosa, la picina calientita y perfecta para niños. Si regresaria nuevamente porque en comparación con otros alojamientos tiene más amenidades. Solo La tienda esta retirada, traten de llegar ya con todas sus cosas que vayan a necesitar, no olviden nada.

La casa es muy bonita y cómoda, tanto Jorge como los veladores estuvieron atentos a que no nos faltara nada, tuvimos unos pequeños inconvenientes pero Jorge siempre estuvo al pendiente.

Tuvimos una linda estadía, comentábamos mis amigos y yo que las fotos no le hacen justicia a la cabaña, nos gustó mucho y está muy bonita. Pudimos hacer de comer sin problemas, cuenta con todos los servicios que menciona tener, es fácil llegar, camas y baños en perfectas condiciones y una vista muy linda. La comunicación muy buena y en general no tuvimos nada negativo en nuestra estadía, la recomiendo completamente.

Our family, which includes 2 older teens, had an amazing time here. Helena was very responsive and gave clear information. Catalina and Pedro were very kind and helpful; from meeting us at the gate to show us where to park, to checking in with his daily and helping us with our bonfire. Many thanks to all of you for a quiet retreat! The home is rustic yet moden, capturing a bygone era with moden conviences! My husband and I relished our quiet mornings on the cover patio, while we listened to the river and watched the wildlife. The living room was comfortable and during the rain, served as a great family game room! The kitchen is well equipped. Easy walking distance to the town or local hikes. We look forward to returning one day!

We dealt with Storm from Apex Management. Storm's responsiveness was most excellent. A great guy and responded almost immediately after we sent a message. The house worked out well for us. We were five adults and an eighteen month old. Plenty of space. We appreciated that everything that we needed for the baby was there. The house is in a great location. A great bar/restaurant at the bottom of the street. Just a few minutes to walk to the beach. The beach is great with chairs/tables/umbrellas set up for rent with bar and food service. A very beachy/surfy/laid back vibe. We would recommend renting golf carts for getting to and around the town center (the house is very securely gated with room inside to park the carts).

Mi esposa, hijo de 2 años y Yo la pasamos muy bien. La cama cómoda y el lugar confortable y agradable, con buena vista al mar. La atención de Nicole muy amable, rápida y efectiva. Áreas comunes y alberca en buen estado y bonitas. El restaurante con buena comida y buen servicio.

This is honestly one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever rented. The private pool overlooking the beach was just perfection. Rosie was incredibly responsive and supportive. There were a couple random issues that she helped us with immediately. She is friendly and easy to talk to, which I love! The bedrooms and bathrooms are also gorgeous. The kitchen was already stocked with bottles of water in the fridge, coffee in the pantry and snacks! Every room has AC control (that only works if the doors are shut to save energy; there’s sensors on the doors to alert you if they need to be closed for the AC - brilliant. The management/owners thought of everything!

First time in Sayulita & the hosts were more than responsive to recommend places for yoga, surf, etc. very accommodating and felt very safe as a solo travel. Would recommend if you’re looking for a place without the frills and thrills.

Wonderful house, wonderful hosts!!! Our first night in a new country, and our son had a fever. We hadn’t arranged transportation yet and had to wait out a thunderstorm, and Suzanne and her son offered to take us to the doctors if needed! That type of offer is above and beyond for any host! We look forward to staying with them again in the future! Extremely responsive and kind. Highly recommend! If you don’t like stairs though, this may not be the perfect fit lol!
