This house is beautiful roomy house with a bath for each bedroom. We had a slight communication problem because the Airbnb post said that one of the amenities was coffee. We called and asked them to bring coffee and were told that someone would be there at 9:00 AM the next morning with coffee. We waited and waited and no one ever came. We then went scouting for coffee and finally found some at the nearby Walmart. When I called the host to complain she said that the man who told us he’d bring the coffee did not work on Sundays. ☹️ Evidently, the man had asked someone else to do it, and did not. However the house is fabulous. Well worth the price.

I cannot say enough about Regina's 2-bedroom house. It was perfectly located for my friend and me just steps from Hotel Del Sol. The two bedrooms on either side of the house provided great privacy. Very clean and comfortable. The garden outside the living room is gorgeous! Finally, her family was so friendly and helpful. I definitely plan on returning next year.

This is an industrial style house with a wall of windows and open concept. It looks beautiful. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook. Master bedroom has a walk in closet and spacious bath. Good water pressure in the showers. We were 5 adults using all 4 bedrooms. Ceiling fans for cooling down the rooms. 3 people were from extremely hot climates and were comfortable with the days running 80 F and nights 60F. One bedroom had difficulty cooling down . A container of ice was placed with the fan blowing across it helped cool the room. All beds were comfortable along with the lounging furniture. If there was the slightest problem Anne was immediately helpful. We loved the location and enjoyed the town. If in the area we would return.

I found listing of Magnolia Suite @ Casa Calle to be very accurate. The lobby and garden are very welcoming. The location is convenient within a 10 minute walk to everything in the village. The studio is functional. The kitchen is adequate for snacks and preparing simple meals. The bed is comfortable, there was always plenty of hot water and Internet was good. The property is in a largely residential neighborhood. The sounds of a village are to be expected; ,dogs, roosters, kids and fireworks. Didn't need A/C this time of year, but this studio could be very warm during hottest months. The studio met my needs and budget perfectly. Ana Luna is a great host.

It was a great stay at Lilia's apartment, right from the beginning, just arriving the place is super nice, you feel right at home, has a great kitchen well equiped, and a really good taste for decoration. The beds are really comfortable and at night time the balcony is just wonderful. Its in a really good location, super close to downtown and with a ton of restaurant and things to see nearby. It definitely was worth the stay, enjoyed every bit! And the hosts were really helpful, there was not a lot to talk to them about, but the instructions for arrival are really well written and their attention was great! Overall a great experience.

Excelente sitio para pasar unos días relajantes, cómodos, familiar. Tiene muy bonita vista que da al lago y el malecón. Anfitriones muy atentos, amables y flexibles. 100% recomendado. Cómo agregado, el departamento está muy equipado, trajimos un inflable y nos encontramos con la grata sorpresa de que tenían bomba para inflar, con sus válvula equipadas.

I had a lovely stay with Tania! The suite was fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, even the decorations were a nice personal touch to make you feel more at home. It’s a great and easily accessible location & private. I would definitely stay again and recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice stay in San Juan Cosala!

"The Queen's Suite" is well named. It featured the most spectacular looking and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on, beautiful brick detailing in the walls and ceiling, and a striking chandelier and artwork. And thanks to the tall balcony windows--architecturally interesting in their own right--I woke to lush greenery every morning and could listen to birdsong every late afternoon. I stayed a week during the wet season, so I relaxed to the nightly sound of rainstorms. (Make sure you close the windows!) I also appreciated the A/C, given the humid August weather. I would definitely stay there again. And Harold was a great host. Ask him about the mural on the exterior wall!

Valerie was a great host always super responsive and attentive. House made me feel right at home, very quiet and peaceful area also Walking distance to many restaurants. definitely will be staying there on my next visit to ajijic.

Un espacio sumamente cómodo para pasar momentos geniales en familia, realmente te sientes como en casa con una atención excelente de Carolina que siempre estuvo al pendiente, el área de la alberca es muy cómoda y te sientes en un espacio abierto y libre a tan solo unos pasos del departamento.

Una zona muy tranquila, tiene todo cerca. y tiene todos los utensilios que necesitas, muy limpio.

Muy cómodo y agradable, la decoración excelente, el roof top un plus. Regresaríamos sin dudarlo. Mil mil gracias

Todo muy bien durante nuestra estancia, el lugar es tranquilo, el departamento muy bien equipado y me encantó que cuenta con dos baños completos. El conjunto de departamentos luce nuevo y con un buen mantenimiento, espero lo conserven así! Una sugerencia sería que se organicen para climatizar la alberca, sería un plus! Gracias al anfitrión por sus atenciones en todo momento

We needed a last minute reservation and Carmen was able to deliver. We had a clean room available with a private courtyard. The host was available the moment we arrived to show us around and help us get settled. Very nice host, very responsive and knowledgeable. Would book again if I’m ever in the area again.
