We had our stay for a wedding in Sayulita. This place was beautiful, in a good location and a quieter neighborhood of Sayulita. It was exactly as pictured and the rooftop pool made our stay. Near the bustle of downtown but up the hill a bit so you don’t have to hear the crazy downtown. It was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. Also great communication and response. If Sayulita is your stop this is your place.

We just got back from a week stay in Roberto’s beautiful home. It was two families - 3 children (ages 5, 7, 7) and 4 adults and we were so comfortable. The house is beautiful, the views incredible, the beds and linens so comfy, everything was so clean and just as described. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed their time in the pool and the hot tub and the adults enjoyed relaxing with the incredible view of the ocean and the town. We rented Roberto‘s Ranger for the week and another golf cart and were very glad we had these. Town is pretty close (about a 15-ish minute walk to the center…not a bad thing considering how crowded and noisy it is at night) but the driveway is steep and the ranger made navigating it easier. We took surfing lessons and went whale watching, but more than anything enjoyed long days on the beach watching surfers, while the kids played in the sand and surf. This week in Sayulita was a perfect reset to start 2024 and this house was the perfect jumping off point.

This house worked out perfectly for our group of 11. It had a great layout for multiple families and we spent lots of time gathered around the pool. Our favorite part of the house was the location and proximity to town. We easily walked to restaurants, bars, spas, shopping and multiple beaches. I would for sure stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa - it truly felt like a luxury resort! We stayed here for my bachelorette and it was the perfect space for 8 of us. We took advantage of the opportunity to hire the car service, the chef, the masseuse, and the daily cleaning service was beyond helpful and really elevated our experience. The rooms were not only aesthetically beautiful but contained everything we needed as well. Walking distance to town but still peaceful + able to hear the ocean from the pool and balconies... what more could you ask for? Patrizio & Mark, as well as the property manager Ernesto, were extremely responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. I was told multiple times that this was the best Airbnb any of the girls had ever stayed at. We had an amazing trip to Sayulita and in large part that was due to the villa. Highly recommend and hope to visit again in the future.

The place was amazing, 5 big rooms with lots of space and plenty of sleeping options. good quality linens. the pool is perfect and there are so many seating and lounging options. Great location right on the water and a short walk to a more private beach. The staff was very accommodating and helpful they can pretty much cook anything you want and they make daily runs to the store for you. The food the chef cooked was perfect and the level of service of the house staff was top notch! I would definitely book again.

Villa Celeste is a magical property with probably one of the best views of PV. The beach is just steps from the property. Our family spent lots of time at the pool. The reason we picked this property is because of the pool. Pancho and the staff are very friendly and helped our stay be very comfortable. They were always making sure we had everything we needed and had a great time. Our family is making plans to comeback. That’s how much we loved the stay.

Perfect place to stay! Very responsive host and the chef, daily cleaning, and concierge always ready to arrange any requests made this unit worth the splurge. We were on a trip with other family members who stayed in another unit here at Los Veneros and our experience with Diego’s unit was far superior because of all the help.

We were beyond thrilled with our stay at Susan and David's beautiful casa. In the short time that we were there it truly felt like home. Every detail inside the villa was well thought out, from the unique furnishings and decor, to the fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you would need for a comfortable stay. We stayed 4 nts with our 9yr old and enjoyed spending time in the many private spots to relax around the property as well as in the area. Our daughter spent the majority of the time in the pool which kept her happy and entertained. Susan is very welcoming and started us out with a quick tour around the stunning property and some amazing recommendations for activities and restaurants which we enjoyed during our stay. On arrival she treated us to some of the best tasting margaritas we had on our trip along with some freshly made guac, pico de gallo and chips, a lovely surprise after our journey. We look forward to returning and can't recommend it enough.

This unit was beautiful, very comfortable and clean. The view from the balcony was amazing I got to see the sunset every night. I loved the location, so many places to visit were within blocks. Polite staff at the front gate, they were very helpful. I was traveling alone and I felt very safe when inside and out walking around. The rooftop pool was beautiful with an incredible view. There's a min-kitchen with a bar up o the roof and lots of nice seating areas. I would definitely stay here again!

My girlfriend and I loved having such a beautiful space to come back to after walking around town and spending tons of hours at the beach. The condo is in a quiet place on the north side, but still close enough to everything with a quick 10 minute walk to town. We appreciated the minimalistic style of the place and felt right at home immediately. Every room was clean, easy to settle into, and all the comforts you could ask for. The air conditioner was incredible! Laetitia, is a wonderful host who is very responsive and helpful with anything you request of her. She has a gorgeous store, Pinche Mexico Te Amo, down by the beach and we highly recommend stopping in! We fell in love with everything Sayulita!! It's a magical place with some of the best people on the planet. So kind, friendly and humble. WE most definitely will be back and look forward to another chill week at Cactus-Dotted Abode!

Great apartment in Sayulita with great views and a refreshing pool to enjoy. This apartment is nestled on the north side of Sayulita so it’s very quiet but also only a 5-7 min walk to all the great places Sayulita has to offer.

Le séjour a été absolument merveilleux. L'appartement est magnifique, spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. La grande terrasse permet de profiter de la vue sur la mer et de couchers de soleil. L'hôte a été exceptionnel à tous égards, très serviable à tout moment. Tout était en parfait ordre et propre avant mon arrivée. Un plus est la disponibilité d'un restaurant et d'un bar dans la copropriété. Dans l'ensemble, ce séjour a dépassé mes attentes. Je recommande vivement cet endroit. La estancia fue absolutamente maravillosa. El departamento es precioso, espacioso, cómodo y bien equipado. Especialmente la terraza amplia que permite disfrutar de la brisa del mar y los atardeceres. El anfitrión fue excepcional en todos los sentidos, muy servicial en todo momento. Todo estaba en perfecto orden y limpio antes de mi llegada. Un plus es la disponibilidad de restaurant y bar en el condominio. En general, esta estancia superó mis expectativas Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar.

Loved everything about the condo, specially the balcony which is huge and amazing ocean view.. the rooftop pool and bar was so beautiful and peaceful, amazing views of the jungles and the ocean. Food was also amazing at the bar and felt like a private pool. Will definitely stay here next time in PV!

Great place and stay! Overall 5 stars. Only critique I have is that the internet was frequently spotty and was great for remote working.

El departamento de Todd es precioso!!! Tiene todo lo que necesitas para unas vacaciones divinas! Está impecable, de muy buen gusto, tiene la mejor calidad de sábanas y toallas. La limpieza es perfecta, la vista maravillosa. Las recámaras son cómodos más y cada una tiene baño privado y televisión. Está decorado con muy buen gusto, la cocina está perfectamente equipada. El edificio tiene su propia alberca y jacuzzi y además está el club de playa, con ambiente muy bonito u comida muy buena. Tiene dos playas divinas y el club de playa es ideal para estar en familia o con amigos. También. Te prestan kayaks y paddle board. Tienes estacionamiento para el coche. Superó mis expectativas, la zona es muy bonita y tranquila. Se siente muy seguro y está relativamente cerca del pueblo. Esperamos regresar pronto!!! Lo recomiendo al 100%!!! Y Todd en todo momento se mostró atento y amable!

We had a *fantastic* stay at Casa Kimberly Dawn! The condo is very clean and stylish and has everything one might need for an extended stay. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bed is extremely comfortable. Starting the day sipping coffee on the wrap-around patio and taking in the morning view of Banderas Bay was fantastic. This is an amazing apartment and we hope to stay here again when we're back in PV.
