We had a wonderful stay with Venus and Nico. They are warm and loving people who immediately made us feel at home. They helped us with everything we needed. The house itself is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you might need. There's even a blender and a toaster! The WiFi reception is excellent and strong. Perhaps the best part here was starting the morning by watching the sunrise over the ridges from the balcony. The house is located right on the shore of Lake Atitlán in a magical compound surrounded by green spaces, some of which are dedicated to local crops. For us, the location was perfect, just a 15-20 minute walk to the bustling San Marcos or a 5-minute tuk-tuk ride. Here, we found peace and tranquility. Venus and Nico have created a small and charming community of about 10 people. There are community gatherings such as sharing circles, music nights, bonfires, and a sauna. These activities are optional, and they won't disturb if you choose not to participate.

Wow wow wow! This place is like paradise, so beautiful. Grateful for the time, had a gorgeous day of Te Mezcal, swimming in the lake, napping on the grass, taking a boat either into town or to see a friend. The land is super magic, very grateful and highly recommend!

Hermosa casa en Santiago Atitlán con vista de la terraza al volcán San Pedro. Cada detalle de la casa está cuidado , es funcional , acogedora , amplia , impecable. Tienes muchas cosas para hacer : sauna , tomar sol y nadar en el lago, tomar una lancha para ir a alguno de los pueblitos . Susan es muy amable , precisa con las introducciones , José , que cuida la casa es muy agradable y comprometido con su trabajo. Es una casa para quedarse en una larga estancia , porque puedes relajarte realmente . Gracias Susan por compartir tu casa ! Mil por ciento recomendable .

Es un lugar agradable, ideal sí quieres estar en un espacio tranquilo y cómodo. Isabela estuvo al pendiente, me brindó instrucciones claras de cómo llegar al lugar. La persona que me recibió en el lugar fue siempre muy amable y clara con las instrucciones del uso de la casa.

We absoulutely loved our stay at Annika's home. It was even better than the pictures. The view was surreal. The location was the best on the lake. Pablo, the caretaker, was helpful & available. Cisne, the onsite host, was lovely and knowledgable. We fell in love with the cats. The kitchen had everything we needed for light cooking. The outdoor dining room, the temescal, the dock, the yoga shala, the paddleboards. . .all perfection. Truly can't say enough good things. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!!

María is a great host, her property is more than beautiful, is a place to relax and enjoy the magnificent scenery. Her personnel very friendly and always willing to help. We are looking forward to comeback soon. 100% recommended!

We had an incredible stay at Augustus’ home. The view is truly one of a kind. The house is so cute - loved the decor and the giant plant wall in the living room. The cats on the property are SO sweet. I snuggled with them daily while on a hammock chair looking at the lake/volcano - paradise! Augustus in an amazing host. So thoughtful and communicative. He offered to pay for a TukTuk to pick us up from the boat launch, gave us transportation recommendations, loaned us umbrellas and let us use his paddle boards. Give this man Superhost status! Truly the best host I’ve ever had with AirBnB. Also, his lovely partner Claudia is an amazing cook. We had breakfast prepared by her and it was FABULOUS. She’s so sweet and also gave us helpful recs for a nearby town. Book this place, you won’t regret it!!

Beautiful home to be in touch with nature. Beautiful scenic views of the mountains. Location is private in a quiet town, with not much things to do, perfect for those who want quietness. Take note that theres a large amount of rocky steps before entering the home, however staff and helpers are available to help with luggage. Since the home is in the middle of nature, there are many bugs, but are harmless. Would recommend to shop for food before entering town, or communicate with the staff to set up cooking services a few days before. Host and staff were extremely helpful with accommodating us and connecting us to a personal boat driver, where we were able to visit the other towns. Instructions were clear and communication was great! Overall enjoyed my peaceful stay at the Seed.
