The apartment is in great location, on the main street and easy to access. it's close to all the restaurants and attractions but be aware that it can be a little noisy. The rooms were clean, and spacious. The snacks and bottles of water were a nice touch, and the host was very responsive and kind.

I truly enjoyed my stay and it was relatively smooth getting to Casa Sita. Terry was responsive to my messages and offered his area knowledge, which was much appreciated. I will be returning and staying at Casa Sita once the opportunity presents itself.

Lovely little cottage surrounded by beautiful flora with spectacular lake and volcano views. The outdoor patio was perfect for hanging out. The hosts were very helpful with recommendations. Lots of food options close by. We had an amazing time!

Can't rate this place high enough. We wanted a place to just settle and enjoy the lake for a few weeks after 6 months of travel. We picked Jaibalito for it's location and it being a little quieter. Duncan's is in a great location for an easy walk to the water, the village and the lovely path to Santa Cruz. Rather than a furnished for purpose Airbnb, you can tell this is someone's home and we fell in love with the place..... extending out for 5 weeks (about the best recommendation we could give). The house is rustic with character, the garden is just amazing. We were met off the boat by the lovely Luciano who couldn't have been more helpful. I had study to do and my wife used the garden gazebo as her art studio. Daily morning walks with the perfectly behaved and affectionate dogs were a great way to start the day. The village has all you need , great little restraunts (never had a bad meal out) friendly locals and small shops that we could get most of what we needed. Such a great time.

Our stay in Villa Jade was beyond perfect. Everything we could ask for and more. Valentin was the absolute best, so helpful with anything we needed. The on site breakfast was wonderful, allowed us to start our day without having to go into town and get breakfast there. We arrived after dark and had no trouble finding the place or parking. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

Great place with amazing views! The living room and kitchen are perfect for a great family gathering; however, the place was expensive based on the poor maintenance and poor quality of beds. Some bedroom and restroom doors do not close and the beds are in a concrete base that makes one bed extremely high and dangerous for children or elderly family members. The only issue I had was that the building did not have running water at least once per day without prior notice or cared to inform tenants. Overall it is a great place but needs some attention.

This place was an absolute dream. Location wise - great, peaceful town, and easy to pick up a boat to go elsewhere. The property has an amazing pool, hot tub and gardens. Perfect set up for exploring in the mornings, then coming back to property to relax and have fun at the pool. And every morning we woke up to hummingbirds outside our window. The house itself was roomy (two big bedrooms, great living area) with great amenities (kitchen, jetted tubs, water filter). We were a family of four with two kids under 6 and it was absolutely perfect for us, but honestly well suited for any kind of group. A great home base for exploring Atitlan, but also the type of place you could spend a few days at, just relaxing. Sofia and the team were so helpful. We had an amazing time and hope to return soon.

El alojamiento es precioso, vale la pena quedarse mas de dos noches. Estuvimos super cómodos y contentos con la casa y la atención, desde la reservación, la llegada al parqueo, subir las cosas a la lancha, la llegada a la casa, hasta que nos retiramos fuimos muy bien atendidos. Don Carlos atendió nuestras necesidades y Doña Petronila nos apoyó en la cocina. Recomendamos llevar efectivo para dejarles su propina y por si hace falta alguna compra. La casa es muy bonita y el área es muy tranquila, pudimos disfrutar de la hermosa vista, el lago, de la pisicina y del jacuzzi. No hay comentarios negativos más que decir que vale totalmente la pena, con gusto y sin pensarlo regresamos el próximo año. Mi familia es exigente y la verdad que la pasamos super bonito y cómodos.

Las vistas del lago y volcanes desde este departamento son inmejorables. También poder acceder al muelle del lago es una gran ventaja. Bonito departamento y horario flexible de llegada :)

A beautiful apartment removed from the road in a peaceful quiet area. Right on the lakeshore, perfect for a quiet getaway while being only a few minutes from town. We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is beautiful and homely. Griselda, Antonio and their kids were very helpful and accommodating

El restaurante cercano llamado el gato perdido fue una joya, solo agregaría como sugerencias de donde pedir comida o recomendaciones de restaurantes cercanos porque los restaurantes lo encontramos por Google más, por lo demás super satisfecha

Beautiful view of the lake! The space is nice and private. Easy to find on google maps and the tuk-tuks generally know the location too. San Pedro is generally a louder/party town, and although you can still hear the music from the house, it didn't bother us. Rosenda and Ventura (who live nearby) are also helpful and offered to clean the space / do laundry. Only nitpick is that the bathtub/shower in the bedroom area is quite high up and could be slippery when getting out. Location is also good, about a 10min walk to the main dock to Panajachel and 5-7 min walk to a variety of restaurants. Overall, we give this 5 stars and would happily stay here again.

The house was gorgeous. Lesley the owner and Mariano the caretaker were so sweet and welcoming. They both answered all of my family’s questions about things to do and helped to make many arrangements for us. (I messaged them both multiple times a day and they always answered quickly.) Mariano’s wife made us some fantastic breakfasts and even shared her homemade salsa picante with us. Would absolutely recommend this Airbnb. It was perfect for our family vacation. 💕

Nos encantó! Al llegar al alojamiento de Geovany nos sentimos como en casa. Todo estaba impecable, sabanas limpias y cocina muy bien equipada. Geovany siempre estuvo atento de nuestra llegada, con un check in flexible. Nos recibió en la entrada y nos dió las indicaciones necesarias para disfrutar de nuestra estadía en San Pedro La Laguna. Lo recomiendo!!

This is our second stay at The Artist's Loft and it was just as peaceful as the first time in 2017. The view is breathtaking and I feel the best view of Lake Atitlan. The house is spacious, sunny and airy. I enjoyed the firm bed. The staff, Dorca, Milka and Nathanael were helpful and responsive. We enjoyed reading on the deck and had almost all our meals there. I became friends with the parrot Victoria and became attached to her. Everytime I saw her she made me laugh. We very much enjoyed our stay.
