Es ist ein helles, modernes, sauberes Apartment. In einer nahen Bar oder im nahen Atrani oder Amalfi gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sita Bus hält fast vor der Tür und wir wurden von Maria abgeholt, zur nahegelegenen Wohnung gebracht und gut eingewiesen. Ein wahrer Schatz. Zur Wohnung geht man einige Stufen hoch und helle Räumlichkeiten erwarten einen. Die Lage ist toll - zu Fuß nach Atrani, Amalfi. Wir haben es sogar hoch nach RAVELLO geschafft, da die Sita Busse voll einfach nicht gehalten haben. Der Balkon ein Traum mit selbst zubereitetem Essen, etwas Wein, Blick aufs Meer. Die unter uns fahren Autos haben uns nicht gestôrt. Man sollte Mückenspray mitnehmen ☺️ Wir können es nur empfehlen hier abzusteigen ❤️

We had a terrific stay! Sylvia was very helpful ahead of time and the staff were very responsive if we had questions. The location is perfect-right by the train station and walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this location!

La casa estaba impecable, al detalle y muy cuidada. Había productos para el baño, para cocinar, café… La cama y el sofá cama son muy cómodos y el exterior estupendo para que los niños jueguen. Giuseppe nos ayudó a llegar cuando nos perdimos, nos recogió en coche y al irnos nos acercó a la estación de tren. Nos ofreció ayuda en todo momento y estuvo muy atento. Siamo 3 ragazzi sui 25, Elena é stata chiara e gentile, la casa é spaziosa e ben arredata nonché ben fornita e posizionata. Abbiamo passato una notte tranquilla e un weekend all’insegna della cultura e del buon cibo.

It’s perfect place to stay to view the beautiful mountains with blue sea. The place was super clean. The host was super helpful to guide us all way to the stay, very clear instructions, given local recommendations as well. The hospitality was great ! 👍

Ivana’s place was a great choice for staying in Praiano. There is a nice coffee shop right next door and a grocery store and a few restaurants down the street. It is also located right across the street from a bus stop for trips within Praiano and to Positano. The SITA bus stop is about 1/4 mile down a hill with service along the entire Amalfi Coast. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. Ivana is a thoughtful host. Definitely recommend this for a stay on the AC.

My parents and I stayed here and it was absolutely beautiful- amazing, AMAZING view, and our host was incredible. Yes he did leave pastries and they were delicious! We really appreciate how easy the check in and check out was and the town was adorable!

Vincenzo ci ha accolti in modo impeccabile, disponibile e cordiale. È davvero una persona splendida. La casa è eccezionale, camere ampie ognuna con il suo bagno privato e condizionatori ovunque; dispone di un giardino super accogliente con barbecue ed una piscina pulita e tenuta in ottime condizioni. Inoltre la casa è dotata di tutti i comfort. La zona è centrale con tutto a portata di mano (bar, farmacia, supermercato, banca) e vicinissima al lungo mare di Paestum. Un soggiorno fantastico che ho sfruttato per il mio matrimonio. Sicuramente ci ritornerò per un periodo di vacanza, relax e non solo.

Wir waren früher beim Haus als geplant. Dies stellte kein Problem dar und wurden freundlich empfangen. Das Haus war perfekt, alles sauber und vorbereitet. Anfangs hatten wir Probleme mit warem Wasser. Dies wurde jedoch rasch behoben. Wir bekamen diverse Vorschläge für Restaurants, Einkaufsläden etc. Jeden Morgen war die Terrasse hergerichtet, der Pool gereinigt und der Garten gepflegt. Termine wurden mit uns abgesprochen. Da wir länger (10 Tage) im Haus waren, kam die Putzfrau einmal zusätzlich. Alles perfekt. Der Strand ist wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt. Dieser hat uns weniger beeindruckt. Ein tolles Haus und ein hervorragender Gastgeber!

Luogo perfetto per godersi un po’ di relax e rigenerarsi. La proprietaria Monica è stata gentilissima e si è presa cura fin dal primo momento. La casa è molto curata e fornisce tutti i comfort necessari. Il luogo si trova in una zona molto tranquilla nel verde delle alture cilentane, molto vicina al centro abitato di Capaccio e Trentinara. Per una vacanza di relax in Cilento non si può desiderare di meglio!

Beautiful villa, beautiful garden and pool area. We hired a car from Naples airport and it was an easy trip of around 40 mins. We were met at the villa by Salvatore’s lovely father who doesn’t speak English but is a wiz with google translate on his phone and was able to give us plenty of info as he showed us around. Villa is spacious, very clean and air con works well. Only downside were the showers, both could do with new shower heads and water was very unpredictable too, switching between hot and cold at various times during shower. The pool area is perfect to chill at after a day of sightseeing, with a good view of Vesuvius, a fridge, large table, BBQ (which we didn’t use) comfy chairs and fusball table under the canopy. We couldn’t work out how to work the lights at night. Sunbeds could do with replacing as they were old and uncomfortable, but the swing chair was an enjoyable alternative. We had a great stay in a spacious house with a gorgeous garden and a wonderful space to sit out. Giousue and Emma were very kind and got us some food and showed us a local supermarket. The house was really clean, powerful shower and we had everything we needed.

I can’t say enough good things about this place, you need to go experience for yourself! It’s located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The bus stop is a few steps outside the front door, which makes transportation around the coast very easy. The home looks exactly like the pictures. The views from the home are gorgeous especially at sunrise and sunset. There is a mini market located on the same street as the home, we enjoyed going to it daily to grab fresh meat and produce to snack on. There are also a lot of restaurants in walkable distance. We were glad we stayed in Praiano over Positano. Positano was very tourists, after one day exploring there we decided we preferred to spend the rest of our time in Praiano. Paolo was an amazing host, very communicative, always reachable, friendly and gave us a few local recommendations. We definitely will be staying at his home again.

O locatie de vis. Privelistile sunt uimitoare. Terasa plina de racoare cu maslini si flori. Aici ai ocazia sa experimentezi viata adevaratei Italia. O mentiune: pentru acces spre plaje, ai nevoie de masina. Ai de mers cam 10 minute. Pe noi nu ne deranjeaza. Dimpotriva. Preferam ca dupa plaja si plimbari prin orasele si statiuni, sa ne retragem seara la cazare in liniste si racoare. Fiind casa asezata pe versant de munte, este mereu mai racoare fata de cazarile din vale de pe malul marii. Pe noi asta ne-a bucurat. Daca cauti odihna, natura, deconectare, stradute linistite de vizitat in sus spre Laureana Cilento sau biserica de pe varful muntelui precum si timp de plaja si soare, aici trebuie sa stai. Noi abia asteptam sa revenim.

20-24Agosto`24. Piso como nuevo,muy bonito y practico.Mariano nos dejo un monton de comida,cosa que nunca antes habiamos encontrado,ademas de jabones,(cuerpo/cabeza/lavadora/platos)vino,leche,embutidos,yogures.. Hay 3aires acondicionados,que se agradece en agosto.Son los unicos pisos nuevos en el barrio. lo mejor la ubicacion para moverte para la costa Amalfitana, y para ir a dormir, por lo demas,la zona no vale la pena de visitar. Super recomendable,y si nunca volvemos seguro,volveremos aqui. Muchas gracias por todo

Ich hatte sehr spontan die Unterkunft bei Simone gebucht. Das Zimmer und das gesamte Haus war sehr sehr sauber! Er und seine Frau sind mega nett! Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, ob es das Essen war, die Gespräche oder die Tips der er uns gegeben hat! Ich kann leider nur 5 Sterne geben, obwohl er 10 verdient hat! Vielen Dank für die Zeit bei dir! Ich werde wieder kommen!

Location da Wow!!!!! posto bellissimo. L'abitazione è arredata con gusto e funzionalità, comodissima con tutto quello che serve e anche di più. Il giardino con piscina, gazebo, bigliardo etc veramente da urlo, la vista sulla città e sul castello Arechi veramente mozzafiato sia di giorno che di notte. Posto silenzioso e fresco. Parcheggio all'interno della villa. Insomma tutto molto e funzionale oltre che molto bello. Infine, Manuela è una host veramente cortese, discreta e sempre disponibile. Consigliatissimo!!! Da considerare anche che il molo Concordia e l'elegante corso sono raggiungibili in 5 minuti in macchina. Vicinissimo all'uscita dell'autostrada per cui spostarsi in altri posti tipo Pompei, Caserta, Ercolano etc. è molto facile e comodo, lo stesso per raggiungere i posti della costiera via mare. in una sola parola, Eccezionale!!!!

Luogo ideale per ritemprarsi facendo il carico di energie. Patrizia e Paolo con passione si dedicano per far trascorrere un ottimo soggiorno ai loro clienti. L'appartamento è immerso nella natura in un contesto tranquillo, ovviamente essendo in collina è lontano dal caos! Si raggiungono facilmente le spiagge, la sera ci recavamo nel borgo di Perdifumo, dove oltre che a fantastiche pizzerie c'erano anche le sagre, dove abbiamo gustato piatti tipici allietati dalla musica popolare con artisti di strada. Consiglio!

Elvira und Ihr Mann waren ein Traum, sehr gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit und einfach genial. Für unsere erste Airbnb-Buchung eine 10 von 10. Wir haben uns gleich herzlich willkommen gefüllt. Auch die kleinen Presente waren köstlich! Hoffe wir werden bald einmal wieder hier übernachten können. Bleibt bitte so wie ihr seit -TOP!!!

My husband and I loved staying in Giuseppe’s place during our trip for a friend’s wedding. The apartment was the perfect reprieve from the craziness that is the town’s center - close enough to walk there and far enough away that we felt relaxed when we were “home”. Flavia (Guiseppe’s daughter) was so helpful in all of our pre-trip planning with helping us to book car services to and from the airport and helping to answer any questions we had during our stay. Highly recommend staying there - especially for the lovely view from the balcony!!! We spent a lot of time there during our stay.
