Perfect location, walking distance to all restaurants, cafes, shops. New beautiful apartment. Great host. Apartment has a lot of extras : coffee, water, coke, pasta, oil, laptop, folder with recommendations etc etc. Really great experience. Appreciate the hospitality.

Dario and Jody were the greatest hosts you can ask for. From authentic local restaurant recommendations, to checking in on us after a rainy day, they truly exceeded our expectations for a stay in Salerno. The apartment is PRISTINE!…clean, up to date but still has the Italian atmosphere. The location is prime and we were able to walk to everything needed (ferry, restaurants, shops, train station). The view on the patio is immaculate and we spent quite some time sipping Prosecco and enjoying the sunsets (not to mention the beautiful castle that is nestled right above). The hosts were responsive, met us on time and gave us a great rundown of the apartment. I will gladly be returning and highly recommend this to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Salerno. Pro tip - visit Fabio and GianLucca at Angolo Masuccio for the most lively, fun, limoncello filled dinner at a steal of a price!

This is a wonderful Airbnb! It has the most amazing view of the Mediterranean and the old town - even better than the pictures! Has a lovely balcony to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. The host was always responsive and helpful - providing local recommendations for restaurants, etc. There are grocery stores close by and it’s only a 5 minute walk to the waterfront. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the apartment comfortable and well-appointed. We can’t wait to go back!

It was a pleasure dealing with Federica. The apartment was exactly as represented and was perfectly cozy for the two of us. It was exceptionally clean upon arrival and the bed was comfortable. She communicated extremely well through the Air BNB app. She was very response when minor issues arose such as needing more towels, sheets, and hangers to accommodate our month long stay. She took the time to research an area wide WiFi outage and get back to me when it was fixed. The only issue I could see renting this apartment is that one needs be at least moderately fit and not have mobility issues to enjoy the location of this apartment. It is a significant climb of steep roads and stairs from the historic district when on foot. If in a vehicle, you may have to park some distance away and descend and climb a few flights of stairs. Fortunately my wife and I enjoyed the effort. The reward is the amazing view from the three terraces! It is truly a superb location!

Giovanni’s apartment was the perfect spot to stay in Salerno, central to everything with lots of restaurants and shopping 3 blocks away. The space is very clean, large and has everything you could need for a fantastic stay. The hosts created their own guide of recommendations that made figuring out what to see and eat super easy. Thanks again 💜 The beach is very close and the ferry terminal is about a 5-7 minute walk away, this will bring you anywhere on the amalfi coast for about €11.00-16.00 per ride. We did the Pompeii/hike Mt.Vesuvius day self guided tour with bus from the train station (amazing, you will not be disappointed!)

We were thrilled with our recent stay at the castle!! Pasquale & Katarina greeted us upon arrival to show us around and make sure we knew where everything was, they sent clear instruction videos on how to work the laundry, espresso, and dishwasher, which was VERY helpful! We walked to Vietri sul Mare, about 15 minutes with a sidewalk the entire way. We had an outstanding dinner in town, with outside seating and the perfect weather! Pasquale set us up with a taxi, multiple times with very early and late times needed. They were overly accommodating and we truly did feel right at home! You won’t regret booking this Castle! This apartment was lovely for our stay in Amalfi! The view was beautiful and the hosts were super helpful and friendly. They gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and Umberto even drove us to the airport on our last day. Would recommend this place!

The goods: The apartment could not have been better located in Salerno busiest walking street. Very quiet as it is on 6th floor. Marilena was excellent host, very solicitous. The bads: it needs a refurnishing as it is quite dated. It is not good for longer stays, like mine (3 weeks). It lacks some long term necessary things, especially in the kitchen and cleaning machines . But if you are less than 7 days I would recommend it.
