I had such a great time at Tikos place, so much so that I decided to extend my stay by another week. I am currently in the middle of a move and felt right at home when I checked in. The apartment was exactly what I needed and I had everything I needed at my disposal. The bed was extremely cozy and I couldn’t ask for a more peaceful spot. I loved cooking in the kitchen- he had any utensil, pots and pans you could think of. I even found many spices and olive oil stocked up. I would 100% stay again and recommended any one of my friends or family to stay here. The place was extremely clean and relaxing. I was able to shop at Whole Foods not even a mile from the apartment and they also had a designated parking spot for my vehicle which I thought was very nice. Thanks again for hosting me Tiko I had a wonderful time.

My family and I had such a wonderful time at this B&B! I especially loved the lake with all the geese, ducks, birds and turtles! It was so much fun to walk around the lake and watch them, and the pool was so relaxing too. The beds are very comfortable, the B&B is peaceful. I would like to come back to this lovely spot again some time!

Tiko is a lifesaver! His unit was available and ready for stay at the last minute. My husband and I were on our honeymoon and the first unit we reserved had termites, the second one Airbnb suggested was listed as available, but was a total wreck upon arrival, and finally Tiko was the superhost that saved the day! His unit is very clean, modern, and quiet. His quick response and willingness to accommodate us was very fast and friendly. I would stay here again.

Such a great place to stay! Not only is the area perfect distance from the airport and many things to do but the apartment is quiet and peaceful. Everything you need is right there and not a far drive or walk. The home it’s self was clean and the host is easy to communicate with. I didn’t have to reach out for anything (it was all perfect) but she allowed us an easy flexible check out process which was really nice during an AZ summer!

Dana’s condo was spotless with comfortable beds and stylish decor. Dana was incredibly friendly and communicative. Area is typical of Phoenix with homeless activity but I felt very safe in this complex and the unit itself.

Ariel was a fan radio host. she was extremely accommodating for what I needed and asked for. Apartment was spotless and perfect for what I needed. I will definitely keep her in mind for any other stays

I was thoroughly impressed with the convenience of this location, the peacefulness of the lake, the close proximity to great outdoor activities, and Joe’s excellent host skills. 10/10

Erika and Victor: My sisters and I had a wonderful time in Chandler. My brother lives close by, so we had a wonderful family week. We all felt very lucky to borrow your house. Restaurants and the people of Chandler were wonderful, we were amazed how friendly and helpful the people of Chandler are. Sedona was my bucket list to visit, and it didn't disappoint either. Nick was very responsive to any issue or request. The home was comfortable. The pool was fun to swim in. Nice neighborhood for walking the dog. We enjoyed our stay.

Host very responsive and was able to work with me for a later check out. The location is perfect if you need to be close to the stadium. Easy to find and very clean! Really appreciated the snacks ! Will stay again if in the area. Thank you !

Nancy’s house in Sun Lakes was a peaceful haven during my trip to work on some tough family issues. If it had been cooler this trip, I would have been walking morning and afternoon to check out the quail and water birds around the lakes. The location is wonderful and the space was more than enough for me to set up my computer in the breakfast nook for my (paid) work and sort other materials in the living room for the family work I’d come to do. Also Nancy was proactive in giving guidance about her door and details about the garage door. (I live in a cabin in the woods in Virginia, and my door is much more affected by moisture than this one!) She was also right there via Ring when I arrived. She reached out to check on me and was kind and gracious empathizing with what I had come to AZ to work on. She also recommended restaurants. I wasn’t able to take advantage of any of the Cottonwood Palo Verde guest services this trip. But she had the forms at the ready. She made the trip bearable!

From booking through checking out, Brandon & Nicole went above & beyond to make our Fall Break a truly relaxing trip. Whether it was the peaceful backyard enjoying the pool, grill, & hot tub, to the lake just a few steps away where we walked, kayaked, & fished this listing will be added to our list of favorites with the hopes to visit many more times in the future. It is obvious that Brandon & Nicole are experienced hosts where no detail is overlooked. They were always available to answer any question we might of had. We were a large party with 2 little kids the home was prepared to receive 2 little kids. There was plenty of in house activities for all to to enjoy (pool air hockey corn hole foos ball mini golf etc) the beds were comfy plenty of towels kitchen well stocked- the location was right off the 101 mins away from Bell and all the restaurants & Arrowhead Mall -Safeway is a block away. Nites and mornings out by the pool is a nice way to start and end your day. This is a great place to stay whether you have a small group or a large group.

The photos did not do this place justice. It was more beautiful than I imagined it would be. Very spacious, it feels very luxury and homey at the same time. The boat wasn’t working and that was a little bummer but we still sat out on it and enjoyed the turtles. The backyard is huge. The pool was wonderful. Two separate living rooms with the comfiest couches. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy and great lighting! I was enjoying myself too much and did not take enough pictures in the golden lighting you get. My only regret is not being able to stay longer. Beautiful home. Peaceful and I can’t wait to go back. Matt was responsive and extremely helpful. Responded in a timely manner and provided everything we needed for our stay. The home is also equipped with everything you need. If you book it, book as long as you’re able to! This home is a dream.

I would like to say that we had a wonderful stay at your lake house! Mrs. Mary was a very welcoming person truly heartwarming! The house had everything you need. My family and I felt so relaxed and happy to be there. Beautiful view, my husband and son’s had a great time fishing. The area is so quiet. Early in the morning you can see the Sun coming out and the mountains look beautiful like a postcard. Thank you Mary for your hospitality!! Five stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect location in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. Spacious, beautifully decorated apartment. The outside patio was a definite perk - a comfortable and enjoyable place to sit in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again!!! Highly recommend.

Great location, very responsive host, nice hot tub, very spacious condo, excellent work out room. Pool could have been heated a bit more and ice maker needs to be repaired (work order is in). Condo has excellent maintenance, yard care, pool cleaners, grill maintenance, garbage area cleaned frequently, etc.. Thanks for a wonderful month in the AZ sun.

Me and my Fiancé stayed here and it was great. Super friendly host,super clean stay,coffee shop at the condo was really nice and convenient,and we loved the pool!

Great location, closes to stores and restaurants and the 60 freeway. The condo was clean and stocked with everything you need. The condo is right next to the pool and kiddie playground. Ashley was quick to respond to any question. We ended up extending our stay for another month.

Second time staying at Evan’s place while visiting our daughter at ASU. Condo is in a safe location and private. Evan has very clear check-in and check-out instructions. There are local food places across the street, including Starbucks, and a nice walking loop around the lake. Perfect spot for ASU visitors.

A very clean and well maintained unit, conveniently located for access to shopping, grocery and restaurants. The property has several lakes and a nice, meandering walkway for strolls in the morning or evening. Inside the space is well laid out and a good size for four to cook, dine, and relax in the living area. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Edward’s place was really comfty, clean and in a very quiet area/community. Really enjoyed my stay!
