Mary Beth was proactive and gave very clear instructions on how to find the apartment and where keys were, how to get in, etc. Mary Beth’s place was clean and right across the street were good restaurants and the apartment complex had nice facilities which we were able to use.

Not over priced very worth the money, just what i needed, luis was great every day all day. I just needed a spot for myself and he provided what i needed

This place is awesome! Went to 2 DBacks/Cardinals games and were within a mile of the stadium along a safe and easy walk. The pool was fabulous. Tae was incredibly responsive ensuring there were plenty of clean towels. Tae let us know the bar was low on alcohol and asked what we wanted to restock. He had it delivered within 30 minutes with a variety of drinks all matching our request. Super quiet and private setting with a modern design. We were concerned that it said smoking permitted but it was a non-smoking facility and was incredibly clean. Thank you Tae for the amazing hospitality. We will stay again!

Billy's place is very well located, in a pleasant walkable neighborhood, just a 20 minute walk to downtown Tempe, and public transportation. While the decor is pretty basic, it was clean, has everything you need, and the price is right.

Awesome Airbnb, would definitely stay here again! Make sure to download the app before you arrive. Sometimes was a little slow, but it was a cool way to lock/unlock the apartments doors. Just don't let your phone die haha. The space was awesome. Ultra clean, smelled awesome, spacious. Bed was comfortable. We ended up using the washer dryer which also worked fine. Great central location. Definitely recommend a car if visiting Phoenix, but depending on the time of day it is a reasonable 15 ish minute walk to Jefferson St or the Van Buren. The host attentive and answered our questions quickly. Great service. Thanks for a great stay!

Linda's place is just lovely - clean, in beautiful, quiet surroundings and well-equipped kitchen. Bed is super comfortable in the main bedroom, lots of space inside and out. Linda is a very sweet and responsive host!

Deanna was an amazing host! She was very communicative and answered any questions we had very quickly. The place itself is also perfect for however long you plan to stay in Phoenix. It literally feels like home away from home! 10/10 would recommend!!!!

Stayed here for 5 days and was super comfortable and relaxed the whole time. The pool was so nice and great temperature to counter the over 100° days. We enjoyed the nintendo switch when we needed a break from the outside temperatures. Definitely would stay again.

The place was so pretty and clean! Loved the big kitchen, beautiful backyard and all the space in the house. Lakee was very responsive when I had a question. Definitely a great place to stay!

My stay was great!!! A few of my friends and I stayed for the weekend. It was 110 plus degrees all weekend. Savanah provided additional portable AC units for each room in the house. The atmosphere of the backyard was great. Would 100% stay here again.

Jose's place was great. easy to get to and just like the picture. The rooms were cozy, and the pool was a nice addition. I would recommend this location!

We really enjoyed our stay! Previously having stayed in Scottsdale, the location of Ashley’s place was perfect for what we were up to while we were there! We frequented the gym/pool/hot tub daily (super close to the unit but doesn’t face the pool so unit is very quiet). Parking is a bit of a quirk if arriving later than 10PM or out before 7AM…as it is easiest to cut through a gated area and the key pass only works between 7AM and 10PM. Place was very clean, and fully stocked with dishes/towels and beds for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. Ashley was a great host!

Very satisfied with Craig’s place. I had a hard time getting my suitcase up the stairs, but I am fragile. I also thought the pool would be directly in front of the condo. Not too far of a walk though. I would definitely stay again.

Great location, walkable to restaurants and stores, easy freeway access. Very nice condo, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Rene was helpful and provided great instructions and easy access to the complex and unit. It was surprisingly quiet with very little activity in the condo complex, which was ideal. We had some difficulty trying to figure out the Nest thermostat, which Rene offered to assist with, but otherwise it was perfect.

I am late posting this due to a hurricane, loss of water, power and internet. Jeanne was our hero when our flight was cancelled and our town devastated. She kept in touch, was compassionate and gracious. We hope to be able to use her/place in the future.
