É un antico magazzino, da cui é stato ottenuto un appartamento. Si entra da un cortile interno di palazzo antico, subito all'ingresso c'é la cucina, ampia, con 4 fornelli a gas, dotata di piatti, bicchieri, pentole e posate in abbondanza. Superata la cucina vi é un ampio spazio "sala da pranzo" con sedie tavolo e frigo, poi una zona soggiorno molto ampia, sopra cui vi é il soppalco con camera da letto e bagno. Il bagno é piuttosto ampio, con grande lavabo, doccia comoda, wc e bidet. Il letto matrimoniale é grande e molto comodo con lenzuola pulitissime e cuscini comodi, sormontato da una bellissima volta a crociera antica. Da tenere presente che la scala del soppalco é piuttosto ripida, non adatta a chi avesse difficoltà motorie. Nell appartamento non vi é nessuna finestra, solamente la porta di ingresso, quindi non c'é molto ricambio di aria, né luce. La posizione é stupenda, in uno dei vicoli piú belli di Bari Vecchia. Antonio, infine, é una persona fantastica, gentile e simpatico.

Nestled in old Bari's labyrinth of tiny little streets, passages and alleyways, for us, this cozy single room captured the city's essence. Despite its small size, it served as the perfect base for discovering nearby attractions and savouring some authentic Italian life. Bakeries, fresh produce, restaurants, music ... all at arms length.

Emanuela è fantastica, ha reso il mio primo soggiorno a Bari un’esperienza unica e confortevole, dandomi tutte le informazioni richieste e accogliendomi anche a tarda ora il giorno del mio arrivo. L’appartamento è ben ubicato. Prezzo super conveniente rispetto alla media della zona, specialmente viaggiando in gruppo - io viaggiando da sola sono stata un po’ svantaggiata in questo. Fantastic location as good restaurants and bars five minutes away. The roof top has a wonderful view and though basic with the seating it's perfect for sunsets. Very well equiped and comfortable apartment . Livio picked us up from the train station and was very helpful and lovely. Two beers and a packet of biscuits for our arrival. It was a wonderful stay all round, highly recommend.

We hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad! Het is een geweldig verblijf voor een familie vakantie. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien, er ligt ontzettend veel speelgoed voor de kids en ook voor volwassenen is aan alles gedacht. We hebben genoten van het zwembad, de tuin en de buitenkeuken. Bedden waren comfortabel en er was ruimte genoeg. In de buurt is niet al te veel te doen, maar met de auto ben je zo bij alle leuke stadjes. We hebben het contact met Cosimo als heel prettig ervaren: een zeer gastvrije, behulpzame en vriendelijke man! Cosimo, bedankt dat we in jullie fijne huis mochten verblijven.

We loved this home. It was well located, spacious and comfortable. It was an easy 20 minute stroll along the waterfront to get to the heart of Monopoli town, and we honestly loved staying in the area as it had a nice little beach nearby and two supermarkets on our doorstep. Even visiting during the busiest period of the year, we had no issue with free street parking. The little gift of olive oil and Prosecco was a special touch. Would stay here again!

We spent one night here pre-cruise and absolutely loved it. The property is well situated, walkable from the Bari Centrale train station as well to the city centre. The place is well kept, clean and spacious. Marco was very easy to communicate with, provided us great local recommendations and facilitated getting us transport to cruise port this morning. We would definitely stay here again!

Nous avons passé un incroyable séjour chez Nunzia ! Le logement est magnifique ainsi que les extérieurs. Le logement est bien équipé avec cuisine et belle salle de bain. Très belle piscine également. Nunzia est très accueillante et gentille et à l’écoute et nous donne plein de bon conseils de visite. Croissant frais ou gâteau pour le petit déjeuner, très bon. Je recommande à 100% !!

This place is in a great location! Super close to the main area with great shopping and restaurants! It’s also minutes from ocean views. The host was super friendly and gave amazing recommendations for restaurants. Overall, the apartment was a very cute space!

Roberto è una persona accogliente e gentilissima. E venuto a prendermi in macchina alla stazione e mi ha dato tutte le indicazioni utili su cosa vedere e dove mangiare cibo tipico ad Altamura. La casa è nel centro storico vicinissima al storico forno Santa Caterina e alla cattedrale con un arredamento vintage molto curato. Si fa un salto indietro nel tempo. Dal balcone e dal terrazzo fiorito sul tetto si gode di una bella vista sul duomo. Consigliatissimo per un soggiorno a Altamura.

Michael & Katie’s apartment in Bari is an excellent base for a trip to Bari. The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated, and has a courtyard. As it is on the ground floor it is also ideal for travellers who find stairs challenging. The apartment is really well located - easy to get to from Bari Centrale station, close to the historical centre, and in an attractive street in a lovely part of town. Michael & Katie’s suggestions re restaurants and coffee bars were great, we enjoyed two of the restaurants recommended and became regulars for morning coffee and pastries at another. Michael and Katia are excellent communicators and very responsive to any requests.

We've had an amazing few days staying at Sylvia's compact apartment located right in the heart of the Old Town. The location is very walkalbe and it's the best if you're looking for an authentic Italian getaway in Bari. Check-in went well, we were given a little walkaround and shown how everything works in-house even though we got to the apartment too early. Cleaning was still in progress but we appreciated that we could drop our luggage before going to see the local attractions. ...of which there are many: from the amazing sandwich bar right on the corner, through the castle (5 min walk) to the marina (5 min walk), we were kept very busy during our short stay. Keep in mind that since the apartment is in the heart of the Old Town, your amenities will reflect that. The shower and kitchen is very compact but so is the rest of the apartment. All in all, it's a great place for a short getaway in an authentic Italian environment.

Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, można było znaleźć wszystko co potrzeba. Miejsce czyste, zadbane, pościel i ręczniki świeże. Veronica bardzo przyjazna i pomocna, bez problemowy kontakt. Lokalizacja w samym centrum, blisko dworca i przy głównym deptaku który prowadzi w kilka minut do starego miasta. Polecamy

L'appartement est grand, propre et agréable, surtout la salle de bain et la terrasse. C'est assez sombre et plutôt bruyant mais nous avons quand-même passé un bon séjour et bien dormi. L'absence totale de cuisine peut être un inconvénient. L'appartement est surtout très bien placé, entre la gare, le centre historique et la plage. Tout se fait facilement à pieds, c'est parfait.

Vraiment magnifique! Autant l’appartement que l’emplacement. Plein de petites attentions vous attendent: eau, jus de fruits et lait dans le frigo, et de quoi prendre le petit déjeuner. Le propriétaire est très réactif et nous a facilité beaucoup l’arrivée. Nous retournerons !

We very much enjoyed our stay in Caterina’s apartment. The space had been thoughtfully designed for efficiency and comfort, and the location was, for us, the perfect choice. We arrived ( and departed) by train, and the distance between the station and apartment was easily walkable, as was the route to Old Bari. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking simple meals (there is a 2 burner hob). While the apartment is located on the third floor (97 steps), there is a small elevator which makes bag transfer easy. I should mention that the House Book Caterina provided is one of the best local guides we’ve ever found in a rental. We appreciated the useful information and advice.

Velmi příjemní a ochotní majitelé. Úžasný bazén se slanou vodou. Děti byly nadšené. Krásně udržovaná zahrada. Velmi oceňuji ochotu majitele pro nás přijet autem do městečka. Torre a Mare není daleko, ale bohužel cesta není zcela vhodná pro procházku a ještě k tomu s dětmi. Takže doporučuji pro lidi s autem jako skvělý výchozí bod (kousek do Bari i do Polignana). Okolí by si zasloužilo více péče - přechody pro chodce, chodníky pro chodce, odklízení odpadků, to ale není na majitelích tohoto ubytování.
