Wonderful stay. As others have mentioned, the stairs are steep. but the view at the top is more than worth it. Very pleasant and helpful host! We would definitely stay again.

Perfectly tucked away oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Bari Vecchia. Loved coming "home" to the Garitta House after day trips to Alberobello and Lecce. Spacious, modern, and clean. Comfortable bed, and practical wardrobe wall to unpack a little and feel organized. Well-supplied kitchen with Nespresso machine and kettle, as well as the basics of a few coffee pods, bottled water, and even a bottle of local wine. Literally steps away from EVERYthing-- shops, coffee bars, restaurants, Basilica of Saint Nicholas, and so much more. Even the train station was an easy 20-minute walk. Massimo was the person whom we interacted with throughout our stay He proactively reached out before our arrival, pleasantly met us at check-in, gave fantastic restaurant recommendations, and was instrumental in arranging our taxi the day of our departure. We had an unforgettable authentic experience!

We had 7 days in Nicola’s property - it was the perfect base for discovering Puglia. The property was spacious, private, clean and central but also very quiet. Walking distance to the station and right in the heart of the vibrant old town of Bari. Nicola was a pleasure to deal with - friendly and proactive. Would definitely recommend.

From the moment we arrived, our host made us feel incredibly welcome, providing us with local tips and recommendations that truly enhanced our trip. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views of the town and the proximity to the coast made it even more special. The location was perfect – peaceful yet close enough to all the major attractions in the region. We particularly loved the short drives to Polignano a Mare and Alberobello, and coming back to such a cozy and tranquil space each evening was a treat. Our host’s attention to detail and genuine hospitality really stood out. From the thoughtful touches like fresh towels and local snacks, to their prompt communication, everything was impeccable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Puglia.

Ik reisde alleen dus vond het erg fijn om midden in het centrum te verblijven. Alles was in de buurt. Top locatie. Centraal station is ongeveer een kwartiertje lopen. De instructies en contact met Irene verliep vlot. Ruimte was netjes en met de nodige voorzieningen. Ik zal het zeker aanraden en voor een volgende keer zeker nog eens boeken.

“Super” host. Really helpful. Well equipped, we had everything we needed. Easy check-in and out. The host checked to ensure we made it okay and lets us know to check with them if we have any questions. Sent easy to follow check-in directions. A nice big and authentic Italian styled city apt. Super clean! Nice patio for eating or people watching. For lite sleepers best to close the windows and use a fan at night as city noise can become a bit loud at times. Nice larger TV in primary bedroom. A small grocery store below if you fancy to cook, need a drink, or want to pick up some local Italian snacks. A 5 min walk to Marconi train stop made for convenient day trips from this stop to explore smaller seaside historical villages (highly recommend). Same path to train station has a coffee shop and another place for food/meats. Tip: the store below this apt is closed from 14:00-17:00. During the day - the building has a front doorman. Nice.

The place is magnificent! In the middle of the historic town, easy to get to. Miriam is probably the most hospitable person we've met :) She will greet you and show all the house, making sure you are comfortable in her house for the duration of your stay. Although it is located in the historic town of Bari, the house is one of the most modern ones we've been into. If you are more of a shopper, you are just minutes away from a huge list high-end stores, located just outside the old city walls. Everything you need at your fingertips. We highly recommend Miriam and her beautiful house. We will definitely be back here on our next trip to Bari :)

We regularly stay at apartments, inns, and B&B’ during our European travels. Sometimes the accommodations leave you disappointed, but quite often they surprise you by being better than what was expected. Vincenzo’s place certainly would fit the description “Much Better Than Expected”. It is a modern new apartment in a new building and truly comes with all the bells and whistles. Security entrances, self check-in, free underground garage parking, and immediately across the street from a wonderful sandy beach. The apartment is fully equipped with coffee maker, microwave, full oven, range top, full size refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Power shutters/shades to provide as much shade or privacy as needed. Super comfortable bed with top case linens for a great sleep. Then there is the “yard”…hot tub, barbecue, even a ping pong table. And 2 bikes provided. 20minutes from the airport and 15 minute drive to Bari Vecchia Puts Vincenzo is a super host! Stay Here!

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad, gelegen in het centrum van Monopoli, op wandelafstand van diverse restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. De plaats was niet moeilijk te vinden en we kregen vooraf duidelijke instructies en tips waar je gratis je eventuele wagen kan parkeren. Je krijgt een typisch verblijf in een een woning van 4 verdiepingen met draaitrap wat voor mensen die niet goed te been zijn, misschien niet zo makkelijk is. Het was zeer netjes en vooral het dakterras was heerlijk om 's morgens met een koffie je dag te beginnen.

La casa era bellissima e la città era stupenda. La posizione era ottima, dalla casa si arriva a piedi alla spiaggia, bar, ristoranti eccetera. Liliana è stata molto gentile e ci ha sempre risposto molto velocemente e ci ha dato informazioni su Monopoli molto utili :)

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung, zentral und nur wenige Schritte vom Strand gelegen. Anna hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und die Kommunikation verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Maravillosa estadía! María es un encanto! El lugar está muy cerca de la playa principal y el sector es perfecto, hay una cafetería muy cercana que es muy buena, nunca olvidaré Polignano! Fue un sueño

Die Casa dei Nonni ist ein typisches Altstadthazs in Bari mit steilen Treppen und einer sehr hübschen Dachterrasse. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, was wir allerdings nur für den Kaffee morgens genutzt haben, da wir nur zwei Nächte da waren. Um so besser hat uns die Nähe zu den zahlreichen Restaurants gefallen und die Lage mitten in der Altstadt.

Hat alles wunderbar geklappt und die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Schön modern eingerichtet, mitten in der Altstadt.

Our stay was great as was Mariarosa. She's very good with communication and was so helpful with meeting us and parking. It's extremely clean and is in a great location. Would definitely stay again.

Marco was quick to respond to any questions and was extremely helpful. The apartment was just as described, clean, comfortable and excellently located. I highly recommend Marco and his apartment.

Very comfortable stay and Filippo is an excellent host! Bonus surprise was the rooftop patio overlooking the Adriatic. It’s a quick train ride to Bari central station. Good restaurants in the area, easily walkable from the accommodation.

Spacious and luminous apartment with a sea view. You may park your car right next to the building, super convenient! Perfect for a couple with children. Master bedroom with queen/kingsize bed and the second with single and a bunk bed. Closest market about 2min walk, place where you may buy fresh fish right next to it <3 Martin was very helpful and responsive. Apartment was spotless.

It's been a great pleasure to meet Anna and stay in her lovely appartment. It's a real gem, furnished and decorated with style and excellent taste. It's spotlessly clean and very comfortable, the covered and the open air terraces even add to its magic atmosphere. The app. is situated right in the centre of Molfetta which is a charming little town. Anna is such a genuinely kind, cheerful, helpful and warm-hearted person, we're immensely grateful to her because she helped us out in an unexpected, difficult situation. We'd be more than happy to return, to meet Anna again and spend some more time at her place. Highly recommended!

This appartment was exceptional. Extremely clean and well stocked with lovely welcome gifts too. Close to amazing restaurants and bars. Simonetta was very responsive to requests and a pleasure to meet Angela who lives next door and helped with questions too. We loved our stay in Monopoli, we will be back.

We had a good stay at Stella's apartment. We had everything that we needed. The location was ideal for going to the beach. Also, within walking distance of the old town. There are also buses, but we didn't use them. Stella always responded to our questions quickly. I was definitely satisfied with everything. Thank You Stella.

Küche ausgestattet mit dem nötigsten. Perfekte Lage, nahe am Strand, Busstation, Restaurant. Maurizio hat uns persönlich empfangen, war sehr flexibel&hilfsbereit und hat grosszügig für uns Eingekauft und den Kühlschrank gefüllt.
