How custom price settings affect your payout amount
Custom weekly and monthly prices will override your normal nightly and weekly prices, as well as any custom nightly prices you’ve set for your calendar.
If you've turned on Smart Pricing, your prices will automatically adjust based on demand, within the minimum price and maximum price you have set. This is a helpful tool if you want to optimize pricing without constantly monitoring it.
To set custom pricing:
- Go to your Calendar and select a listing
- Select the dates you want to edit
- Set your Nightly price
- Under Private note, click Add if you want to enter any notes for yourself
- Click Save
- Tap Profile
and then tap Switch to hosting 
- Tap Calendar
and select a listing - Select the dates you want to edit
- Enter your custom price in the price field
- Tap Save
- Tap Profile and then tap Switch to hosting
- Tap Calendar and select a listing
- Select the dates you want to edit
- Enter your custom price in the price field
- Tap Save
- Go to your Calendar and select a listing
- Select the dates you want to edit
- Set your Nightly price
- Under Private note, tap Add if you want to enter any notes for yourself
- Tap Save
