Overall, we had a wonderful stay at a reasonable price! Zoe was very communicative, and left a lot of instructions for the house. The house is exactly as pictured, with the exception of the pond. The view is very pretty from the house, but you cannot swim in the water (only a few inches deep and very littered) and the deck on the water is broken and so partially sunken in and not safe to stand on. However, the fire pit and the yard was very well maintained and provided a nice atmosphere outside. Zoe offered a golf cart for an additional fee, which was a great way to visit the downtown area in just a few minutes. The neighborhood is very quiet and charming! The house was well maintained but due to being right on the water, there were a few bugs and small spiders in the downstairs rooms.

We loved the stay at carols! She was so nice and we were a last minute check in dude to the hurricane and we really appreciated her for allowing us to stay.

Katie's lake house was a perfect and beautiful retreat for my family and I. The interior furnishings were very nice and comfortable and the layout of the house was perfect for us, allowing for folks to migrate to different parts of the house for a little privacy when needed, such as the downstairs room with a ping-pong table on the porch, the grilling area, the backyard, and the dock. The dock was so peaceful just to sit on and watch the sun set. I would definitely choose to stay here again. The kitchen is furnished with pretty much everything you'll ever need to cook for a large family as well and everything was spotlessly clean too, including the linens and towels. Katie is very responsive and friendly, if you have questions as well. Overall, a definite 5 out of 5.

I took my teenage daughter and her friend for a 'girls' weekend' at the lake. Karen's place was absolutely perfect and she was an exceptional host. We did have a small issue with the AC, which Karen corrected immediately. She was very responsive, very friendly, and very accommodating. (Plus this AirBnb comes with a DOG!! Sam is the sweetest goodest boy). We would definitely return to Karen's place and highly recommend it.

We spent an enjoyable week here. It was all that the description and the photos on AirB&B described and possibly more. It's pleasantly isolated, yet major supermarkets are only about 10 minutes away, so we always cooked at "home", which is how the place felt to us. We have absolutely no regrets about selecting Threase's place.

This place was perfect for our family of 5 for the week. It had a great fenced outdoor space for our toddler to run around, and was well stocked for cooking in. The hosts were very accommodating, and we had a great time.

Great place for a weekend getaway, highly recommend. The upstairs area is very charming and the property is very well maintained. The owners, Constance and Steve, live in the Manor House, but they were both very friendly and super responsive. The home isn’t far from Ball Ground, which was convenient to go to town for food or hiking. Getting up the winding staircase is no joke, but that’s the only negative and wasn’t a big deal for me. The pool was very nice and it was great just walking around their property since it’s very secluded.

I wish I had time to spend around the beautiful walking trails and the lakes - hopefully next time. This place is perfect, quiet and beautiful. I loved the washer and dryer being in the space as well. That was very nice to have for a long stay.

My son and I have stayed at Teresa’s place several times and come back when we are traveling around the area for family. We love Tyrone and Teresa’s lodging both for proximity and beauty; it really showcases some of the most peaceful and pastoral aspects of Georgia. The place is always clean and thoughtful. We had a wonderful time. The only issue we had was not reading description carefully and there is no washer and dryer. We managed just fine. They responded to us immediately before and during the trip. They had helpful suggestions and were very kind

Absolutely gorgeous property. Lakes and trails to walk. Abandoned sports court in the woods! Hairston Park is close and beautiful. The suite itself is lovely, and Diane is a wonderful host. She got me a guest pass for the pool which was lovely. She was often checking on me and ensuring I had a pleasant stay which was thoughtful and appreciated. I recommend this property to anyone, but especially those who love being out in nature.

The apartment is so cute and great for single travelers or couples. There’s restaurants and stores minutes away and it’s not too far from downtown Atlanta. Juanita was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating. She gave clear instructions and went out of her way to make us as comfortable as possible.

I really enjoyed staying here. It has beautiful view. Very clean and proactive host.

I had a wonderful time at Anthony and Kendra’s cottage. The tranquil location was ideal, and I loved spending mornings on the deck enjoying a cup of coffee and listening to the sounds of birds and wildlife. The spacious and beautifully decorated cottage had all the amenities I required. When I return to visit family in the area, I would definitely stay here again. The hosts were excellent and very accommodating. I highly recommend this place.

We were visiting our son for the weekend and unable to find reasonable options in Athens on a UGA game weekend and stumbled across Amy & Zeke’s lake house. Gainesville was ~ 1 hour away, and a very reasonable drive (and grocery just minutes away). The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed including laundry & dishwasher pods, paper towels & TP, plenty of linens and activities. Super cute home with peaceful surroundings …. I wished I had more time just to veg out with books and puzzles! Amy responded to all my questions timely and was very friendly / helpful. I’m not a coffee / tea drinker - but seeing the setup they offered made me want to consider it! Thank you for sharing your home with us, we enjoyed it!

A beautiful lake house with all the amenities. Great sunset views. Super cozy. Great decks, right on the water. You do have houses right next door to you on both sides, so not as private as you would like. All in all we had a great time!

This is a beautiful property. We were in town for a wedding so we weren't able to fully enjoy the lake. Hopefully we will be able to return for a longer stay in the future. Rebekah was a wonderful host.

This lake front Villa is perfect for families! The location is close to the center of community activities. The interior had all the essentials and then some. Susan is a very responsive host!
