Everything was excellent. Nice clean space, cozy beds, great shower in the master. The deck was amazing. Kitchen was large and well stocked so cooking for the week was a breeze. The pool is beautiful. Neighborhood is quiet. Would definitely return! Great for families looking for a home away from home.

Stayed with four friends for the Road Atlanta race weekend. The house was accommodating, new, and full of amenities, particularly outdoors with the pool, patio, courts, and games. It was also very convenient to the track for us. Debbie was proactive and very friendly.

The pictures to this home fail to represent the beauty of their outdoor facilities. Floor plan is great. Enough space to spread out for large families with different interests.

We had an amazing stay and would recommend, specially if you’re with a big group! It’s spacious, pool was clean and the outdoor area was very relaxing! Backyard fully fenced for peace of mind with the kiddos or furry kids! Also, good parking area right by the house with space for multiple cars.

Gurpreet's Place is a gem ! We booked this last minute evacuating from hurricane in Florida. For a family of 11 , the home was spacious enough with two different living quarters for privacy. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms in the main home and another two bedrooms, one full bathrooms in the basement. A bonus is the yard space in front and back. The kids really enjoyed that. We spent most of our time in the game room which had a pool table ,ping-pong, karaoke machine and large screen TV: all in all the family had a great time and helped to keep our mind off of the hurricane happening back home .

Derrick's place is REALLY roomy - a wonderful change to most of the AirBNBs where we've stayed in the past. Full kitchen with almost everything you could need. There is a Mr Coffee style 5-cup coffee maker, which worked great for us. WiFi and DirecTV in the living room and bedroom with large TVs. You have your own washer and dryer. It's a bit of walk from the driveway to the back of the house to get to the apartment door, and rolling luggage may not work well on the step stones leading back there. We would definitely stay with Derrick again!

We had an excellent stay here as we waited to close on our home. The home was as described and was clean. Karen is an amazing host. Very positive and friendly and was very responsive. We’d stay here again for a staycation!

We enjoyed our stay. The home is located within great proximity to restaurants, stores, and gas stations. Also, there was a travel crib and high chair that were quite beneficial for my little ones. Being pet friendly was also a big plus.

Decent and spacious place that’s close to downtown Lawrenceville and the Depot District, which has nice restaurants and coffee shops. Pretty central to many surrounding areas, too. The listing does say that a train comes by and will make noise. If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, I would highly suggest bringing ear plugs because the train came almost every night after midnight, sometimes a couple times, and it is loud. Host was very responsive to questions and helpful with issues.

We stayed for the weekend. The location was perfect as we were touring UGA with my daughers and visiting friends in Atlanta. The property was just as the pictures show. Kendra was a great host and very responsive. The property was clean and suited our needs perfectly. We had plenty of room for everyone.

We had an extended stay and the host was just the absolute best! Very responsive, even after the microwave randomly stopped working. We had to extend a couple days and it was the easiest process. House was clean and cozy. My 4 yr old enjoyed the yard space. We had a teen as well who was very comfortable. Whether its a couple days or a month, totally worth it!

We come to fencing tournaments with a group of people, it is super nice to have so many rooms and beds for everybody. Great location with so many good restaurants surrounding. We are really happy with our stay. The host is really nice and friendly. Highly recommended.

Great stay! I was attending a wedding in Sugar Hill and this property was 5 minutes from the venue. The home was beautiful and very spacious. Everything was very clean. We traveled with two of of our dogs and the yard was perfect for them to run around since it was huge and fenced! They had a great little play room which would be perfect for kids. I would 100% recommend this stay for families or if you’re traveling with pets. The host was nice, professional and made everything easy.
