Caratteristica principale la pianta quadrata, “a torre”, con panorama a 360° sulle più famose bellezze di Roma: San Pietro, il Gianicolo, la Sinagoga, l’Altare della Patria, il Quirinale e il Campidoglio etc. Ampio, luminoso, silenzioso, con una splendida terrazza dove poter mangiere nella bella stagione e da cui poter godere l’esclusivo panorama. Ristrutturato nel pieno rispetto delle caratteristiche originali (tetto in legno con travi a vista) ed arredato armonizzando line moderne e comodità tecno (totalmente climatizzato inverno ed estate; elettrodomestici ad incasso classe A+) con dettagli di antiquariato (la piccola scrivania, il tavolo tondo, la consolle della zona notte). Tram – linea n° 8 – (diretto per il centro, Phanteon/Piazza Navona/Piazza Venezia) fermata in Viale di Trastevere (pochi mt dal casa) Autobus - linea “H”, - (diretto per la Stazione Termini) fermata in Piazza Giocchino Belli (100 mt da casa); Dall’Areoporto di Fiumicino ogni 20 minuti si può prendere il treno “Leonardo Express” diretto a Fara Sabina (Alto Lazio) che ferma in molte stazioni di Roma fra cui, dopo circa 30 min. alla Stazione di Trastevere a meno di un km dalla casa. Lì si sale sul tram n.8 che porta direttamente a pochi mt da Via della VII Coorte. Dalla Stazione Termini, stazione Centrale di Roma snodo e intersezione di tutte le linee metropolitane di Roma, troverete la fermata dello shuttle bus da e per l'aereoporto di Ciampino (Terravision). This small loft is on the third floor (no elevator) of a typical building in the Trastevere neighborhood. The sleeping area is on the upper level with a double bed. On the lower level you will find a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, a dining area and a small bathroom with a shower. We will be delighted to welcome you in this small, bright and cozy loft! The loft is located on the third floor (without lift) of a typical building of Trastevere neighborhood. Its views from the windows are amazing, making the end of the day really special. All the loft is available for the guest. Before and during your stay I will be available through Airbnb mail or WhatsApp. The loft is in the Trastevere neighborhood of Central Rome. Supermarkets, pharmacies, public transport, and places of interest and culture are nearby. - Check-in will be done with smart lock. There is not a specific arrival time, except for the days when there is a check-out, we will need enough time in order to prepare the apartment for your stay.
