El recibimiento fue muy amable, Ana María es muy atenta y se preocupa por que tu estancia sea agradable. Sin duda volvería a este alojamiento. El cuarto es muy cálido y la zona es bastante tranquila. Por favor, sean amables con Ana y su esposo, así como ellos lo son con nosotros como huéspedes.

Nos reunimos en familia por motivo de mi boda, el lugar es grande, con habitaciones amplias y completas, se descansa muy bien y pudimos tener acceso fácil al anfitrion quien siempre estuvo al pendiente nuestro, las camas mur ricas para dormir, sábanas limpias, cocina completa. un lugar tranquilo nos dormimos hasta tarde y no molestamos a nadie, muy privado el lugar. saludos.

I’m not going to say much because words will never do justice to how my experience was staying with Lucy. This was my best ever Airbnb stay I have ever had and I have been traveling and staying at Airbnb for two years. Lucy and Nery took care of me like I was their own child. They included me in their family get togethers and we went out for excursions in Guatemala together. I work remotely and the Wi-Fi was perfect. Cannot wait to be back.

This place was easily the highlight of all the places we stayed at in Guatemala. The attention to detail and aesthetics showed a lot of care from the hosts. The staff were super friendly. Having parking was a great convenience, and the peaceful environment despite being in town was a big plus. We’d definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommend it for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

The room was pristine and located within a hotel so there was good breakfast and every service a hotel has to offer, despite the property being a full 1 bedroom apartment.

This listing is in Zone 10, which is one of the better zones in Guatemala City. You can easily walk to multiple grocery stores and restaurants. You can do your laundry here at the listing. This rental also has multiple dedicated working spaces with chairs that properly support your back and neck while using your laptop computer. The wi-fi is reliable and fast. There's a 4-burner stove with cooking gear if you want to prepare your own meals. There's also many plants if you enjoy that kind of scenery. Willy is an excellent host who always tries to accommodate his guests with excellence and kindness. He communicates very well and applies more effort than any Airbnb host I've ever stayed with. I enjoy speaking with him, and his unique humor. Most Airbnb hosts within this price range could learn a lot from Willy. I encourage Airbnb hosts to stay here for a few days, and try to understand what guests want/need to feel welcome.

This was one of the best, if not my best AirBnB experience so far! Monsy is such a amazingly nice woman, who would always go the extra mile for her guests! Right from the start I had great conversation with her and it felt more like a home than an Airbnb! 😊 One night her brother was in town (also a great gentleman!) and as I was home early that night, they invited me to have a glass of wine and tapas with them… honestly such amazing people! The communication was easy, the place was really nice and just an amazing host! Next time I am in Guatemala City I will definitely stay with Monsy again 😊

We really enjoy staying at Mauricio’s place. You are in a very safe environment. The apartment is very clean and it looks exactly like the pictures. The place is located at a great area surrounded by restaurants. Most eateries within walking distance. There is also a high end mall nearby where you can do your shopping. “ Oakland Mall”. I would highly recommend his place for anyone vacationing in Guatemala City. Thank you very much Mauricio for allowing me to stay at your unique place. Security personnel attending the in and outs were very nice professional. I will definitely comeback and stay at your apartment on my next trip to Guatemala.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Estar con Elsa fue la mejor experiencia, me hizo sentir como en casa, dado que viaje sola, llegue un poco tarde debido a problemas del aeropuerto y siempre estuvo al pendiente de mí, me preparo una merienda en cuanto llegue, su familia demasiado hermosa, amables y atentos en todo momento. Kira y Kimi sus gatitas me hicieron sentir muy en paz💕. La comida de Elsa esta deliciosa, siempre se esmero por la presentación de los platillos y la variedad.😋 Las recomendaciones que me dio fueron las mejores. La zotea te permite tener una vista perfecta de los volcanes, no dejes de disfrutar un ☕café ahí, que es una gran experiencia. La cama muy cómoda, muy limpia la habitación. El baño siempre impecable y los cuadros de su esposo por toda la casa te crean un ambiente muy relacionado al lugar. Buena ubicación de la casa. Sin duda regresaré y me hospedare con Elsa. Alojamiento ampliamente recomendado👏🏻 Extrañare las charlas en la cena, es una excelente anfitriona❤️ (volveré para mi boda)🤭
