If you are looking for a place to get away from it all, this is the dream. Make sure you follow the directions sent on how to get there because your GPS is probably wrong. The house is located a couple of miles down a dirt road, a few miles outside of Arivaca, a town of a couple hundred people....in other words, it's remote but that is what makes it so awesome. Cell service was spotty, definitely carrier dependent, but the house has great internet service so communication wasn't an issue. We loved sitting around the fire or in the hot tub enjoying the incredible views and the night sky.....no light pollution so we could see everything. The house is definitely uniquely designed but that's what made it fun. There is plenty of space to spread out and the kitchen is well stocked. Both the host and caretaker were extremely responsive and were very helpful. This is a very special property and a perfect example of why the Airbnb idea is so great.

We had a wonderful stay at Carol's place. Her home is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The place is very spacious and so is the backyard, it is also very well shaded for dogs. The home is stocked with everything anyone would need for a short or long stay. The neighborhood is lovely to walk around and is very pet friendly. We enjoyed using the hybrid bikes she has to get around to the pool as well exploring Tubac village. Everything is very close and super accessible. There are so many things to do in Tubac as well as the surrounding areas. Having the garage and pool access was such a great plus for a summer visit. We had great communication with Carol before and during our stay. I would highly recommend her home to anyone wanting to explore Tubac and the surrounding areas. So much to do and see and Carol's home has great access to it all! Thanks Carol for such a great stay!

The White Sage Casita was better than advertised, a real gem in Old Tubac. This is probably the cleanest Airbnb we’ve stayed in and the layout and amenities in this studio help it feel like a larger space. The attached patio is sweet and the property’s grounds make for a peaceful stay (just steps from the shopping and sights of Tubac). Highly recommended!

Great place for my family and dog! Would definitely stay there again!

The Wisdom casita was quite comfortable. The bed and linens were top quality, the Saltillo tile floors were a plus. The kitchen was small, but manageable for two people. The heating and cooling system was also very good, and the casita was well screened from I-19 view and traffic noise. There were two minor negatives. There was no stove, but there is a good double hot plate and a gas grill. The shower head was a hand held type, which is difficult to shower with. It's hard to hold the head and soap up. The showerhead is magnetically attached to a mount, but cannot be adjusted. The water sprays to the opposite wall, making it difficult to prevent water from exiting the curtain, but the curtain can be positioned to keep spray in the tub area. And if you enter from the front, you will not get sprayed in the face as you enter. So it's challenging, but manageable. All in all, this is a good place for the price, and if you like to hike, it's a block from an Anza trailhead to Tubac

My friends and I had a lovely time here! Wine and food next door was amazing and Kelly was sweet and kind. Such a wonderful host! We enjoyed the entire space from the outdoor fire pit, game room, front porch and our bedrooms. Walking distance to breakfast and market. Great location to see surrounding wineries. Will be back again!

Absolutely Beautiful Property! I stay in Tubac several times a year... for bird photography. This property is really stunning... feels historical but also fresh, clean and full of any of the amenities I could want. And for those who are bird watching... there are so many species of birds on the property. Will definitely be staying here again!

This is the absolute best place to stay if you are visiting Tubac, Arizona. I have stayed at this property several times and in different rooms. They are all clean, nicely decorated, comfy and have all of the amenities needed. The property itself is beautiful and in one of my favorite towns in Arizona.

Quiet quaint southwest home in an amazing location. Abundant birds and other wildlife. Great private pool! And the home and location served as an ideal base for our vacation. (We were in the area herping).

We had a wedding in Tubac and stayed at Sandra’s casita. It was just as described - the perfect size and location with a welcoming patio to relax in! There was a pack of coffee and half-n-half left for us during our stay. The coffee was awesome! We will definitely stay here again next week need a place in Tubac!

Beautiful location! Very peaceful! The accommodations were very comfortable. Very spacious, fully stocked kitchen, even a full spice rack. I particularly liked playing with the 10 month old shepherd mix “Pup” I’ll definitely return!

we stayed in the 2 bedroom cassita. it was very comfortable. the beds had firm mattresses. The inside of the cassia was very quiet. The front porch was wonderful to just sit and relax and eat our meals in the shade. we were just about 5 mins, if that, from the Anza Trail which is loaded with birds, as well as the property. The pool was really nice and clean. a little chilly yet but I'm sure it warms up quick.
