Hola..!! El departamento cumple con todo lo señalado en el anuncio, habitaciones con camas cómodas, baños completos, cocineta con lo básico para poder funcionar, aire acondicionado y ventiladores. Las atenciones y disposición para responder de Hugo son excelentes. Las instalaciones donde está la torre de departamentos son muy sencillas, pero lindas, la alberca gigante con agua templada y prácticamente sola para nosotros en la semana que fuimos, así como el personal que atiende a tu llegada son muy amables. Para ir a la playa, la mas cercana y pública esta a 10 minutos en coche, dentro de la zona hotelera de Nvo. Vta. Volveremos sin duda..!! Muchas gracias.

Muy bonito departamento con excelente vista!

El lugar estaba muy bonito y las vistas ni se digan!! Nada más bonito que levantarse y ver el mar!! El agua de la alberca estaba super a gusto. Todo nos encantó. Esperamos volver pronto!!

Tuvimos una estadía muy confortable, el departamento está muy equipado y tiene una hermosa vista al Mar que se puede apreciar desde su amplio balcón; también es limpio y lo tienen bien cuidado. La comunicación por parte de sus administradores fue rápida y amigable y siempre nos sentimos bien atendidos. Nos volveríamos alojar sin pensarlo, Gracias al buen equipo que hizo posible esta linda visita, saludos !

This was a first class experience all the way around. I cannot say enough positive things about the view and the condo itself. Check in was easy and the local property manager was very attentive to anything needed. I absolutely plan to return in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The condo is stunning—the views are beautiful and the entire staff was welcoming and very helpful during our stay. We made great use of the restaurant and incredible pool. The owner provided very helpful guidance on navigating PV (our first trip to Mexico as a family) and we used and enjoyed his recommendations for restaurants and beaches (walking distance from the condo). We had a wonderful trip and found it very easy to get around using Ubers and taxis (and even one local bus trip). It was a very special trip to a very special place!

Very beautiful place! Well decorated and clean with a phenomenal view and breathtaking sunsets at the rooftop pool. Wonderful reading lounge on the balcony I read multiple books there looking out at the ocean. Dior close to our favorite restaurant and beach club La Palapa. Very cute deli right next door it felt very safe and well kept!

Muy bonito departamento y complejo ! El departamento estaba MUY bien equipado, tiene todos los utensilios que necesitas para cocinar, sabanas, cobijas, almohadas y toallas de muy buena calidad y bien surtidas. Peter todo el tiempo estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades, el internet de muy buena calidad. Las puestas de sol se ven SÚPER bonitas desde el balcón del departamento. Me preocupaba un poco el ruido de construcción que mencionaban en los otros comentarios y no se me hizo molesto en lo absoluto ! Recomiendo mucho este alojamiento. Solo el unico detalle de la playa es que es zona de cocodrilos (nos dijo un trabajador de ahí) pero fuera de eso, todo increíble! 😊

I will echo much of what has already been said about Albert's amazing condo -- beachfront location, hotel-style building amenities, delicious on-site restaurant and bar! The staff at the Sayan Beach building are incredibly friendly and helpful, and made sure our stay there was easy. The rooftop pool deck was closed during our stay but even so the ground-level infinity pool was equally wonderful with its direct overlook over the beach. Albert's condo is clean and well appointed and has all that you need for a great trip in PV. While it is possible to walk to Zona Romantica, it's about 20 minutes on a major road without sidewalks, so generally we used Uber, which was easy to get and very inexpensive.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is very spacious and everything was very clean and there is everything you need. Easy check-in without any problems and it was easy to communicate with Luis. The view from the large balcony is amazing. Don't hesitate to book this beautiful place. We will come back. Thank you for everything. Dan&Mariana

The best part about this place is the amazing view. It is up on a hill but you feel like you’re surrounded by tropical mountains overlooking the bay. Every time we needed something or had a request we were helped. So close to downtown, beaches, historic areas and malecón.

El departamento es muy bello, las vistas son increíbles, tuvimos atardeceres espectaculares, las albercas son preciosas, el departamento está muy bien equipado y muy muy amplio ideal para grupo de amigos o parejas! Sin duda fue un fin de semana inolvidable!!

El departamento está muy bonito, lo que más me gustó es que estaba muy limpio, las camas y las almohadas cómodas, había todo lo necesario para cocinar, todo funcionó a la perfección (agua caliente, lavadora, secadora, lavavajillas, jacuzzi, wifi, TV, Netflix) la dueña muy amable, estuvo al pendiente y nos hizo recomendaciones de marisquerías que nos entregaron a domicilio para que pudiéramos cocinarlos, definitivamente regresaremos, hicimos uso del spa del hotel y estuvo fantástico. El personal de la alberca muy amable y servicial.

This is a great place to stay with beach access! I n a very beautiful part of Nuevo Nayarit area! Very resort style experience with all the amenities of home! Would definitely recommend 10/10!

We had a fantastic stay at this beach front condo! It was impeccably clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. One of the highlights was definitely the beach, it was never crowded and perfect for relaxing. Would definitely recommend! Kerry was fantastic! From the moment we booked, communication was seamless.

El lugar es tranquilo, tiene una playa muy bonita y el departamento aunque es pequeño, tiene todo lo que necesitas. está cómodo, limpio, bien ubicado, bonito. Perfecto para dos adultos y un niño. Lo super recomiendo.

Fantastic stay, just like the pictures, place was clean , the below restaurant food was good and good prices. We had the whole pools to ourselves , very nice and quiet. Private beach and unit is right in front of the beach with beautiful views. The area outside around is still under construction and lots going on there but once inside you can’t even tell and didn’t mind. We did have an incident which was not within the host control but we couldn’t leave the condominium and had to wait for over an hour as there was no one at security. Even after notifying some of the staff there, we had to still wait. Definitely would come back.
