Originally built in 1940 as a double camping lodge with a shared bath between them, The Loft is one of those, with a home addition added on in the 1960's. When I remodeled the home I created the modern version of a one room camping lodge with a bathroom and loft sleeping area. The home is full of character and some quarks but rest assured it is absolutely comfortable, cozy and efficiently set up for your stay.

Our charming bungalow is located walking distance from downtown Muskegon and Muskegon Lake. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood setting while being close to all of the action that downtown has to offer. (We only host to one party at a time, you will not be sharing the space with other guests.) There are sidewalks on both sides of the road. Not far from us is a bike trail along Muskegon Lake, we are 1 mile to Lake Michigan beach, and 1/4 mile to Lakeside, where you will find cute shops, restaurants and a nice neighborhood bar.
