Perfect accommodations for a weekend stay in Tallahassee. This location is right on Lake Ella and walkable to many quaint shops and a cafe. Very close to FSU which was exactly what we needed for ourParent’s Weekend stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and I cannot say enough about how clean and comfortable it felt. Cleanliness is the most important thing to me in an Airbnb and this location was top-notch. Would recommend and would stay again.

My fiancé and I are local to Tallahassee and had to evacuate our home due to a gas leak. Jack was prompt, accommodating, and kind to us during this very stressful time. He allowed us to stay with our pets (cats and dogs) and charged us a very reasonable 1-time extra cleaning fee for pet hair. This was a relief after we had tried to book several airbnbs in town and were turned away (even from listing that specified “pet-friendly”) or were going to be charged astronomical pet fees. I was very grateful to not be further extorted during this unexpected and expensive time. We had to extend our stay several times due to the work not being completed at our house on time. Thankfully there was availability and Jack allowed us to extend several times. The property is very peaceful and directly across from Lake Ella. We were able to walk around the lake several times a day. The apartment was a good size and comfortable. The patio was our favorite part. I highly recommend Jack’s airbnb.

From the moment we arrived at this tranquil oasis with its own private spring, we were enveloped in the beauty of nature. Surrounded by lush greenery and the setting was nothing short of magical. The property itself was impeccably maintained, with thoughtful attention to detail evident in every corner. The interior decor seamlessly blended rustic charm with modern comforts, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Whether we were lounging on the sun-drenched patio overlooking the spring, or hanging out of the dock, every moment spent here was a delight. A truly unforgettable retreat that was worth the extra drive and money during graduation weekend.

Everyone enjoyed the stay. We celebrated my dad’s 78th birthday and he said it was the best birthday that he has ever had.

An was a great host. I was in town for business and my stay was overshadowed by hurricane Helene. Thankfully, all went a well as anticipated at the house. An was an excellent host and worked around my business stay even through the hurricane. Super Host!

Lakeside on Lanier is a gem! From the moment we arrived we felt the warmth, comfort and peace in which we were seeking. We evacuated from the Vero Beach area prior to Hurricane Milton and were greeted by serenity, nature and tranquility. Everything was as described and more! Our host Danny was immediately available for us and even touched our hearts by sending in a care package due to our displacement. Lakeside on Lanier is by far the nicest Air BNB I have had the pleasure to stay at. A definite 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Our host even assisted us in obtaining a second rental in the area as the uncertainty of the aftermath of the storm was unclear. Unfortunately we were too late in requesting to stay additional days and he had already accepted another party due to the storm. Top notch Host, top notch home on Lake Talquin! Kavon is an excellent host with an even more wonderful lake front property! We had previously rented a house that ended up being a last minute disappointment—water and AC not in working order and property more run down than advertised. Kavon’s house was available on short notice and he had us checked in and comfortable within the same hour that we contacted him! Amazing response time! As soon as we walked through the door, we felt right at home. The house is stocked with all of the amenities you may need to feel comfortable. We were traveling with our toddler and were thrilled to have use of the beautiful nursery with crib, rocking chair, toys, and bedtime stories galore. The lake is visible from nearly every room in the house and the sunrises were breathtaking. We loved having use of the dining room, it provided plenty of space for our family to enjoy meals. The dock is useful for fishing during the day or stargazing at night. Truly a gem of a home! Thank you for having us, Kavon!

Our family had a great time this weekend! We had lots to do and it was very relaxing. During the middle of the day the upstairs porch got pretty hot so we headed to the downstairs porch and it was much better. The house was comfy and the fishing was fun. The sunset is breathtaking and we loved the bar area. We hope to visit again soon! 😊

A clean space less condo for multiple people. Easy to access any place around, the host was really nice, friendly and always responded fast with the straight answer. I will stay again if i even need to!

We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The space was incredibly clean, modern, and peaceful, providing the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. A word of advice—be sure to read the details carefully, as this is a shared space (something we didn’t realize until right before our arrival). However, our experience was still fantastic! Our host was exceptionally pleasant and accommodating, making sure we felt completely at ease. He gave us full access to the space, which made our stay all the more comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene and welcoming place to stay.

Everything was as described. It was fully stocked with things you wouldn’t think about to be available. Very generous and kind!! We visited for my daughter’s move-in date at FSU. Susan had a gift waiting for our new college student and had some tasty croissants and apple fritters waiting for us along side a great bottle of wine!! You could literally just bring your clothes and toothbrush because everything is there and available to you if needed. Susan went above and beyond the duty of a host and provided us with a cozy, comfortable stay that was Positively Zen!!!! My wife is absolutely in love with the place and we can’t wait to come back!!
