How you'll get your refund
Eligible refunds will be processed as soon as you click cancel. We automatically process the refund through the payment method you used when you booked the reservation.
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method that was used.
Note: Coupons can’t be refunded, except if a Host cancels the reservation.
