Confirm a payment method

You can confirm a payment method from your Account settings.

If a card is unconfirmed, you’ll need to confirm it before you can complete an in-progress reservation or make a new reservation. Any upcoming reservations won’t be affected.

To confirm a payment method:

  1. Go to Payments & payouts
  2. Click Confirm card for the payment method that needs to be confirmed
  3. Follow the directions to complete the confirmation
