En mi experiencia me encantó el lugar, la vista excelente muy accesible todo Súper cómodo todo la verdad súper tranquilo el lugar recomendable y si se los recomiendo . Sobre la anfitriona excelente muy amable súper pendiente de nosotros. Cuenta con Uber excelente opción para aquellos que por alguna razón necesitan a alguien de confianza. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estadía larga, cuenta con A/C lo cual es importante ahora que el clima en Guatemala ya no es tan frío como antes, volveré próximamente.

Lugar muy impecable, tal cual como menciona en la descripción, muy limpio y ordenado, Enma siempre estuvo pendiente de cualquier duda que se tuviese y también una persona muy amable, sin duda volvería a ir, lugar súper recomendado

If you are looking for peace and quiet with some amazing views, this is a great option. If you are looking for nightlife this is not for you. You will have to climb some steps getting up to the property so I recommend a bag pack not suitcases. Instructions are clear on how to get to there (say “area verde” or copy the address in the reservation if using Uber and use the photo provided to find the property). The property is just as pictured and one of the nicest places on this side of the lake. It is clean and you have everything you need. Transportation is a little difficult to leave the area but not impossible (plan early). If going to neighboring cities plan to head back around 7 and keep in mind most food places close at 9. Roberto is very responsive, helpful and proactive. Read the listing and you will be fine. I will definitely come back and do recommend.

El encargado de la casa fue una persona muy atento, estuvo al pendiente de lo que necesitábamos, visitó la casa varias ocasiones para asegurarse de que todo estuviera bien, las personas de los alrededores son muy amables, el dueño de la casa también fue muy amable y cortés mantuvo comunicación, las instalaciones estaban presentables, todo muy limpio, todo muy higiénico, las fotos describen el lugar como es, sin duda alguna experiencia que vale la pena repetir

This is a really special little place. I spent most of my time sitting in the hammock or lounging on the mat on the deck marveling at the astonishing view - that alone makes it well worth the hike. I'd generally head down into town once a day for activities and food. I never make the trek at night, but I imagine that would be a little tricky and to be avoided if possible. Communication was prompt and friendly! A couple of tips: leave the suitcase at home, a backpack is much easier for hauling up and down. Check if there is a festival happening during your stay in San Marcos - the music and fireworks reverberate up the hill and it is super loud, sometimes until 2 or 3 AM. I'll be coming back (not during a festival) and staying here for sure!

Es una casa super bella con muchos detalles bonitos y lujos, super grandisima qué no me dió tiempo de disfrutarla al 100, queda a unos minutos en carro de la basílica de Cristo negro, es una casa de ensueño para poder disfrutarla en familia.

La casa está muy bonita y en una zona bastante accesible a todo, y la atención que nos brindaron fue muy agradable.

Se adapta a grandes familias, es amplia y con buena ubicación. Las chicas estuvieron muy atentas a nuestra estadía y fueron bastante amables.
