We have a small hobby farm on ten acres, with a main house and a guesthouse. The guesthouse has four options: (1) the downstairs only (sleeps 2 in one queen-size bed and includes a bathroom); (2) the downstairs bedroom and one upstairs bedroom; (3) the downstairs bedroom and both upstairs bedrooms; (4) just the two upstairs bedrooms.
