Our stay at Marlon’s place was above and beyond our expectations. Victoriano was sooo helpful and the house was amazing and beautiful. The views were also great and the pictures do not do it justice.

Buen lugar y sector, solo tomar en cuenta que la estufa eléctrica ya no funciona bien, se apaga y se enciende y se pierde tiempo cocinando o no se cocina bien, quizás también arreglar el mosquitero ya que el del cuarto está todo en la base y se filtro un alacrán al cuarto pero ya al tener estás dos resueltas esta bien, un poco caro para el espacio pero se puede llegar a entender por el mantenimiento

Excelente vivienda, un rico descanso con toda la tranquilidad necesaria.

We loved Punta Palopó so much we decided to come back. It has absolutely beautiful, breathtaking views. A true paradise. My family and I felt comfortable and safe at all times. Juan Pablo, is an excellent house keeper, besides being friendly he will help you with local recommendations and boat tours. Clean and with all the basics amenities.

Wow wow wow! The pictures do this place absolutely no justice. Let’s start by saying Claudia, Milton, Diego and Pablo are the absolute most accommodating and nicest people I’ve met. They have literally picked me and dropped me off in town everyday. They have breakfast ready for you in the mornings. One morning i had an early excursion, so they brought breakfast at night so I can have it before I left! What more can you ask. Milton lit the fire place for me every night, as it does get chilly in October. The outdoor shower is beautiful, has hot water and lights. It’s really nice to take a shower during the rain. You can Uber from town, roughly 55 Q, 25 min ride to the church, where they will pick you up and bring you to the farm. I tried to do everything in the daytime to avoid that trip at night. If you’re looking for a peaceful, scenic vacay and the option to go to town and enjoy your days. This is the place and they are definitely the people for you. Loved this, will be back!

La casa es impecable. En realidad, prácticamente son dos casas en una: al frente, hay dos dormitorios con un baño y sala de estar, con un jardín en el medio hacia la casa principal, que tiene 5 dormitorios, una cocina muy grande y completa, un living y comedor muy cómodos y, al fondo, lugar para estar al aire libre, piscina, parrillero, horno de pan y muchas cosas más. Es muy cómoda, práctica y agradable. Nosotros éramos un grupo grande que precisábamos muchos dormitorios y funcionó perfectamente más. Nos quedamos dos noches y nos hubiera gustado quedarnos muchos más días para seguir disfrutándola. Antigua Guatemala es una muy ciudad mágica, con una arquitectura y entono maravillosos, con muy buenos restaurantes y lugares para ir a pasear. Esperamos volver algún día.

This cottage was just about perfect. The place is idyllic. The kids and my wife loved it. They went crazy when they saw the place and on the other side of the road a beautiful cow and its calf were hanging out. Perfect for those who want to experience the Guatemalan countryside in comfort. Besides Tecpan as a whole has a lot to offer to those who like nature and good food.

Lugar tranquilo, el guardián super amable, la cabaña hermosa con todo lo esencial, comunicación efectiva... 100pts... había un poco de bulla de la calle por unas marchas de antorcha pero nada que afectará al ambiente.... super recomendado
