Great place to stay for golfing or Rock The Locks Festival. Would definitely book again.

Nice place to stay. No complaints and nothing unexpected. We didn't spend much time in the house since we were in town for a tennis tournament and we were either at the tournament location or out with the rest of our team. However, while in the house, everything was comfortable and relaxing. Would stay again, if the opportunity presents itself.

Felt right at home! Close to many stores/ restaurants, it was a very clean home, had just about everything I needed to cook a meal and wash sports uniforms as well as shower amenities! It was above and beyond like our comfort mattered to our host! Neighbors were very nice and welcoming the neighborhood kids stopped by to say Hi! 5starz especially bc it was the first Airbnb to EVER ALLOW a cookout and welcomes pets! Thank you for giving us a wonderful 5Star experience for my little family and I we strongly recommend staying at the Highland House!

Ruben’s home was the perfect getaway for our group! Ruben was super helpful and responsive.

We loved the house. It's a very new house in a very new neighborhood, with nice sidewalks and very well tended yards. The main road into the neighborhood goes straight into town, so it's really easy to get to the main part of Richland, near the mall and most of the restaurants. We have three small dogs, so a fully fenced yard gave them plenty of room to run around, and the covered patio was a great place to sit in the shade during the day and to watch the moon and stars in the evening.

We loved Daisaku's -Isabel's place. It's right next to a grocery warehouse and burger joint. You can walk to downtown. Definitely rent this place!

we have our youngest daughter in a manual wheel chair, and we need a house with a lot of space to move her around, katia's house has more than enough room for an entire family, we had a blast at this house. we have been renting houses for our vacations for the last 5 or 6 years, and i can tell you that katia's house will be on the top 2 or 3 . great house, clean, spacious, enough room for all.of us, amenities, great appliances, great beds, i will recommend this house to anyone.

Great host with clear instructions once I entered the house. The house was perfect for our small trip. Very clean & organized when we got there. Overall great experience ! I would 100% stay here again

Dee Ann was very inviting! It was a pleasure having her as a host. The view from the backyard is beautiful and the perfect spot to see the sunset. My fiancée and I enjoyed our weekly stay. The bed was extremely comfortable which aided in getting a good nights rest. We plan to be back in the near future and look forward to seeing Dee Ann and her husband again.

Place was larger than expected once inside. The beds were comfortable, and the half-bath was located in the master bedroom. Sheets were clean, bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The floor however was quite dirty. I highly recommend bringing extra socks to wear around the place or slippers. The kitchen had everything we needed as far as dishes. Bring your own spices and oil to cook with if you're planning on cooking. There is a shared BBQ with those who live in neighboring apartments however, when examined, the propane bottle was next to empty, and the grill was not cleaned the last time it was used. The neighbors were quiet at night with only a few loud moments in the mornings, mostly doors closing and water pipes. The normal when sharing a building. The place overall made for a nice stay with easy on and off access to the highway nearby. There is also a great little drive through coffee shop called caffeinated about a mile away. We had a good experience, would recommend to others.

This truly was home away from home. Private, cozy and fully stocked on everything essential. For my plus size people this bed was very comfortable and no stairs to get in. I would 100% come back.
