Spacious bedrooms, beautiful modern bathrooms & the entire property renovated as per the photos. Entire property is available for guests. Update on the water situation here in Cape Town: Level 6b restrictions were placed in effect on the 1st February. Daily water consumption per person has been limited to 50 litres. There is adequate water for tourists; essential daily needs such as washing, using the toilet, and daily hygiene. During peak season (November – January) international tourists only add 1% to the population of the Western Cape. This number drops from April – September. If visitors follow the daily usage guideline the impact would therefore be negligible. The tourism sector supports approximately 300 000 much needed jobs across the Western Cape - it is vital to preserve these jobs. "Day Zero" has been avoided for 2018, therefore water will not be cut off. However, travellers need to remain mindful of the drought and practice water-wise tourism when visiting. At present, visitors are able to shower and maintain daily hygiene. The property though offers a double garage plus off-street parking so if hiring a car, then no problem at all NO SMOKING WHATSOEVER - only on the patio outside and the garden. The Main House level of the beach house is equipped with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Three bedrooms are on the ocean level and the 4th master bedroom is downstairs. (The Upper Penthouse level is completely separate to the Main House Level) This Beach Villa - this property is situated directly on Glen Beach. (The small enclave nestled between Camps Bay and Clifton Beaches) Paradise at its best. The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room open out onto a large decked pool area. Your beach gate leads right onto the beach. Uninterrupted sea views. Glen Beach is uniquely situated with only 15 beach homes. We are within walking distance to the local restaurant strip. The Main House section has 4 bedrooms and can sleep 8. Should your party be larger, the upper penthouse can be combined to allow for a maximum of 12 guests. The Main House is completely private, with it's own private pool. The upper penthouse has it's own pool and balconies. The Beach Gate is communal. There are 4 dazzling white sandy beaches separated by granite boulders. These beaches are literally a few steps away from the bungalow which is also only a kilometer away from shops, night-life and restaurants. By car, bus, Uber or walking. From the airport use either an Uber or taxi and use the address 22 Victoria Rd Clifton. Then when you arrive you will be at the parking and bus stop of third beach clifton. Walk down the steps at the bus stop side keeping right until you reach bungalow 25. You can always call us and we will fetch you from the parking as well. Access to the home is provided by key and code. Host is available to you when required. Should you need shopping and cleaning done that can be arranged. We will always check you in face to face and do a handover and explanation of how to use all the facilities.

Start the day with a energizing coffee in the quiet courtyard before a short stroll to beautiful Camps Bay. After a day of adventure and a trip on the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway, unwind in serene surroundings and admire Africa-inspired artwork. The space is within my home but is private and has its own entrance and off street parking. It is a spacious bedroom with plenty of cupboard space, a large luxury bathroom (including shower and bath), and a coffee station with a fridge. Outside is a small, private courtyard with table and chairs. Although there is not a view from the bedroom, it is only a 30 second walk to the beachfront. Satellite TV and Wifi included. Private entrance with parking inside secure complex. Flexible to clients needs The house is less than 100m from the Camps Bay beachfront, with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. It's also close to the CBD and other popular attractions, such as the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway, V&A Waterfront, and Lion's Head. MyCiti bus stops allow easy access to the rest of Cape Town, one of which is located just 100m down the road.
