Wir haben zwei Nächte im Hotel Fenix verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist hervorragend um Stadt und Umgebung zu erkunden.

Wir waren zu viert unterwegs nach Griechenland und haben diesen Unterkunft kurz geschrieben. Sofort wurde alles geklärt. Babybett war schon bereits im Zimmer. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und würden weiter empfehlen.

Nous avons fait une très agréable étape au Carpe Diem. L'accueil est sympathique et nous avons été bien conseillés pour aller manger dans un restaurant tout proche. La piscine et les abords sont très agréables. Les parties communes sont très fonctionnelles.

The accommodation was as described, clean, great location, quite on an evening, ample facilities, walking distance to town and gondola. Great value for money

What a gem of a spot! Just off the snow road with a view of the gondola and mountains beyond. We kept our ski equipment at Pirin Snow shop but for the last day stored it in the boot room by reception so we could experience skiing down the snow road to get to the gondola. Lovely to have that bit of snow to enjoy especially fun when we hired sledges for a morning. The bunkbeds are spacious and can hold an adult so not just for kids. To have free access to the Spa was perfect for us as a family, with a 14, 13 and 10 year old it gave us lots of fun when not on the slopes. Love that there were robes provided so we could use these going up and down to the pool. Wi-Fi was a hit with the teenagers! Radiators get super hot so perfect for drying any wet ski bits and lots of hanging room for coats etc. Mark was really helpful with providing info for private airport transfers, ski hire and lessons. Thanks so much !

the host was great, very responsive, helpful and always available. just a few points for the host. if you book please put the hotel name in your satnav as the address provided on the listing takes you somewhere else. it would be great if there are some clear instructions what part of the hotel you enter and how to find the apartment as the hotel is huge and staff are not great with directions, myself and my partner got lost trying to find the apartment the first day. i will definitely return again

Dawn was a fantastic host. She responded promptly to emails, and the checkin process was straight forward. The apartment is ideally located within a 5 minute walk of the ski slope. Apartment is within the Casa Karina hotel, so we had access to the hotel's facilities - and also we were able to buy our lift passes in reception (much better than queuing up at the gondola station). It is worth noting that the apartment is a little on the small size for a group of 4 (2 bunkbeds in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa-bed in the living area). This was fine for a family with two small kids, but probably a bit small for four adults (or two adults and two teenagers). We did find the wifi a bit flaky (it didn't work at all for part of the week) - this wasn't an issue for us, as we had free roaming, but worth bearing in mind. Ultimately, the perfect location was the most important thing for us.

Lovely stay in Bansko, helpful host and concierge. Bar and restaurant was great, highly recommend. Appartment complex also has a ski rental shop at a reasonable price
