The CW House is a historic 115 year old home.

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. A stately two story home built by TS Cavins, a founding member of Claude Texas. Later his grandson, Bert Wooldridge, renovated the home and it remained within the family for 114 years. The house was purchased in 2021 to be shared with the public as The CW House, Guest House, featuring 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths.
