Just before we arrived, I received a call from Jeannette making sure we were arriving as we had agreed. She said she would meet us and she did as we drove up. She is an awesome host and the accommodations were great. We felt right at home and really enjoyed the lake and the dock. We are definitely planning to return. Thanks for everything.

We had the pleasure of staying at Rebekah and Bill's wonderful home, and can’t say enough about their exceptional kindness and hospitality. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that genuinely cares about their guests. What truly stood out was their attention to the little details that made our stay incredibly special. Rebekah went out of her way to accommodate us and was lightning fast to respond when we had a question. Their home itself was immaculate and cozy. It is located on a spectacular piece of property with plenty of space inside and out! The kitchen is very well stocked and the beds are extremely comfortable. Everything you are looking for in an Air B&B! We look forward to the next opportunity to stay at their home. Thank you again Rebekah and Bill!!

We stayed here for 1 night and have no complaints. The host was friendly, response and the place was clean. It looked just like the photographs. I would stay here again.

Micah kept in touch with us since we were in all the evacuation traffic and our arrival kept getting later. He put the lights on for us and asked if we needed anything multiple times. This is a great place and we plan on coming back when we can spend more time and enjoying all the amenities and outdoor activities. We did not need anything, the house is very well equipped. 10 out of 10 rating!

This will be one of our go-to spots for a quick get away or on our way out of the state. We came with two small children (4&2years old) & they loved it. They had plenty of space & outdoor toys/structures. Inside, there were great booked (kids & adults). Also, lots of indoor toys & games. There was no need to get in our car once we arrived until we left. We could walk to a cute/delicious coffee shop & several good restaurants. We could also walk to walk to the local library. Also, the house had friendly neighbors.

Perfect place for a couple or two if you want to be close enough to the university without the hustle and crowds of being right on campus. Quiet neighborhood, good outdoor space and comfy beds. Perfect!

We needed a place to stay for the football game and the farmhouse was the perfect spot! We always thought Alachua was too far but it only took 20 minutes to drive to campus. In fact, it took our daughter longer to drive to her Gainesville apartment with traffic then to drive back to the farm! The property is beautiful and so peaceful. The farm studio is perfect for 2 people — the decor is charming and we loved the coffee bar. Comfy bed and all the comforts of home! We felt safe and the bonus was giving treats to Ruthie’s horses! Will definitely use again.

I had to evacuate from Hurricane Milton, after hours of looking I was lucky enough to stumble across this GEM! The owners made sure I felt safe, cared for & reassured. If we lost power they gave me a large flash light & was generator ready. What a God send these two are! I will be returning to actually enjoy a vacation to this area. They went above & beyond to make us at home and worry free. Checked if we were okay and had enough provisions. I never felt so welcomed and safe with my dogs during a hurricane prior to this & it’s all due to this wonderful host! The home is spotless, guest book is well labeled and thought out. Beautiful sunsets and very private.

Friendly host and easy to communicate with. Exactly what we were looking for! Close enough to get to UF for the football game in just a couple of minutes driving, but still quiet where you aren’t bothered by the noise.

Amazing!! Gorgeous! Words and pictures are not nearly enough to make clear how wonderful Lesley’s place is. This is easily my all time favorite Airbnb location and hosts! The location is unbelievably beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by very large trees and a picturesque lake/bay viewable from the front door and accessible via less than a minute walk. The unit is very clean and very “homey”; we felt so comfortable from the minute we walked in. I must mention the shower: It’s NOT 30”x30” as another review says (that’s crazy btw). The shower is small but I was perfectly fine using it (I am 6’2”). Don’t let that scare you away from this wonderful place! Honorable mention to Stella the Boston Terrier! 😊

They provided valuable tips to enhance our comfort, and the apartment was impeccably clean, matching the photos exactly. It was equipped with everything needed for an extended stay, boasting a spacious bathroom and tasteful decor. The outdoor spaces were thoughtfully designed and perfect for relaxing evenings. It truly felt like a home away from home. Without a doubt, this has been our most memorable Airbnb experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend booking this apartment with these wonderful hosts, especially for longer-term stays in Gainesville.

I highly recommend this place to stay. The living room setup is very cozy and comfortable. Lying on the lounge chair by the firepit in the backyard is also perfect for chilling. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. Due to the hurricane, they needed to bring the backyard chairs inside or put them back out afterward. They’ll take care of this themselves and let us know beforehand so we’re not caught off guard. Communication with them has been a pleasure.

Jack and Rhonda are very kind and welcoming. I stayed for a couple of weeks and I found the place very confortable. I highly recommend it!

Just Amazing! The houses on property are beautiful and so nicely decorated! The grounds are so peaceful and well kept. It’s an amazing place for friends and family to gather together yet have their own space at the same time. The minute you pull up to the front gate and see the round about drive way with the inviting fire pit seating area you know you have found something special. We used the kayaks that are provided to paddle around on the river and just have a fun time sitting by the water and enjoying our groups company. Our only regret was not booking it longer! We will for sure be back to do a a full weeks stay and really get to enjoy all this beautiful piece of property has to offer.
