As a Host, you’re always in charge of your prices. You can change it at any time—you’re in control.

Edit your listing to manage your nightly price. Any changes you make will only apply to future reservations.

You can use the nightly price breakdown feature to preview what your guest will pay—and what you’ll earn.

You can preview what guests will pay to stay at your place by going to your listings calendar, selecting dates, and clicking or tapping Guest total.

Using similar listings allows you to compare your listing with others to help you set a competitive price.
